Marco's "World Famous" Pizza - Southeast — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I always order from here . Usually meal deal #1. I ask for extra cheese for my second topping and lite sauce and well done ccrust.and add cheese on the garlic bread. I'm always very polite and they are to. But last 3 times the order has been wrong. They gave me sausage instead of pepperoni, then no cheese on garlic bread. Then put extra sauce all the last 3 times instead of lite. And I nor my kids can have alot of sauce it gives us horrible heart burn. The 1st time I let it go. But the 2nd and 3rd time. I called and spoke to them about it. And the guy was rude and didn't care and said my bad. We will get it correct on next order. I would of thought after the 3rd time they would have gave me a complimentary meal deal 1 on them since they messed up last 3 times. I been going there for over 15 yrs. I hope the owner makes it right. If not I will never order again. And customers like myself is why they been in business for so long. And I'm not being a stickler. Just think right is right and after 3 mistakes. I deserve a credit. Please reach out.

Si called today to get order remade and owner didn't keep his word what a straight trash place and a liar never will go there again...

Ordered a pepperoni special with no mushrooms. A pepperoni special is sausage, canned mushrooms, onions, and pepperoni. I don’t like canned mushrooms which is why it was ordered with no mushrooms. We did pick-up as we live 20 minutes away. My husband got home and they made the pizza wrong. They gave us a sausage, onions, and tomato pizza (totally not what I ordered). I also repeated my order twice when I placed it. I called to complain and the first guy said let me get you my boss. Boss comes on and after I explain the issue, tells me that I ordered a completely different pizza than what I am now telling him. I reexamined what I ordered and also explained I hate tomatoes. He then tells me “look Trisha, you are arguing with the wrong person” and that I am pretty much lying about my incorrect order. I again explain what I ordered and that it wasn’t my fault the guy taking orders couldn’t get it right. He was extremely condescending and rude and then hung up on me after telling me again I was wrong. Worst customer service ever which is truly sad as the pizza is amazing when they get the order right. If you want good pizza but extremely disrespectful, condescending, rude service and a business that won’t admit and accept when they make an error then this is the pizza...

Amazing food, terrible customer service. They close at 11pm as it's a Friday, the menu states pick up orders are accepted until 25 minutes to close which would be 1035. We call numerous times from 1026 to 1034 pm and the phone does nothing but ring. When they do answer at 1034 they answer "Marco's, we are closed." When we tell them we have been calling for almost the past 10 minutes they reply with "well we are cleaning now." Tell me you don't care about your customers without telling me you don't care about your customers... its sad, the food is good and I was probably averaging going there once a week, and leaving a nice tip each time even though I was picking up. Well, I got their message loud and clear. They do not care about their job or their customers.

Edit:6-11-24 attempted to give them another chance to see if things have gotten better with them actually accepting money/orders. Called at 810PM when their own site says they close at 930PM, so 80 minutes prior to close as they do say they stop accepting orders when it's 30 minutes to close (ordering for pickup).
