Am coming here since 5 years. This review is not based on one time bad food/recipe. It’s beyond more than 15 times.

I was just bearing because I live in OakCreek and am supporting my community business I guess.

Am not at all satisfied when I order from (grub hub, Door dash or your own website) the whole order is messed up or heavily burnt items or spoil meat excess of heavily oil in rice too etc.

I thought to bring it to your attention so many times it will be like a silly and always I was patiently waiting things may change for better but never happen though. Unfortunately no time for all those arguments please that’s your responsibility when you pack it make sure everything is right what I paid for it thanks ( I would have not even write this review and I don’t got that fancy time. Human beings who’s working at the counter and food court called me a Blackman and they thought that I don’t know Arabic. I just left silently and paid my bill. How ever I spoke at the counter next visit that I was in Emirates, Saudi Arabia & middle eastern working for Saline Water Conversion corporation and I know Arabic all of sudden at the counter he/She become silent and I walk from the store. I've passed this store front for years and finally stopped in. I wish I'd stopped in years ago!! What a great little store. I headed right to the restaurant counter and ordered two plates. I ordered a Chicken Schwarma plate which is served with rice, hummus and salad and then ordered a Beef Kofta, which is served with the same sides. I was not disappointed. The chicken was flavorful and full of color. There is plenty for multiple meals. The beef was perfectly cooked and smelled amazing! The hummus is seasoned well and has a great garlic taste. The salad is a simple cucumber and tomato salad with a few small slices of pickle. Then there's the rice. It tasted almost grilled which I loved. Everything smells amazing. Everything is perfectly balanced. I took a quick tour around the store and talked to one of the employees. He was super friendly and we struck up a conversation about the Brewers and Bucks, because I mean, Wisconsin! The store is well organized and employees are busy working. I will definitely be back. I’ve been going there for long enough. I’ve had bad experiences and never thought about giving a bad rating until enough is enough. 1- i ordered food for pick up and i asked for garlic sauce dip. When i picked it up i asked if they gave me the garlic dip. They yes we did in the bag. I went home and it was not in the bag. They tend to be cheap and seems they don’t like you when you ask for the sauces for some reason. They did that to me few times 2- i called to ask for if they have certain product. They said yes and when it to grab it they told me they don’t have it. Second time the lady told me to wait she want to check and she put me on hold and completely forgot about me until i ended the call. 3- i ordered food for me and my friend and when i picked it up i asked about the items price so we know how to split it. The guys showed some sarcasm and laughed when i turned my back. Idk why! Super rude. 4- Store closes at 10. I went there 9:40 and they were already closed. Bummer . Sorry for the review.
