I just went through the drive thru and spent nearly $50. I got 1/3 the nuggets I ordered, no sauce, and had an incorrect sandwich. I used to work at McDonald's, so I completely understand that mistakes happen... but 3 in one order is annoying. Like, if I had missed a few of the packets of nuggets and had no sauces, fine. I can get over it, but, please: If someone asks for an item without a topping (like cheese), just assume it's an allergy. It makes it so much easier. It's inconsiderate and irresponsible to treat it otherwise. Do better.
Edit: SECOND TIME COMING THROUGH. I got a order for pick up. It was late. I get it. The line was long and it was almost 4 am when we finally got to the window. I GET IT. So it's been about 40+ min in line. Dude says we have to wait and he can't do the OG order bc it's almost 4 and they're doing breakfast now. No sweat. We waited 30 mins and finally put our order in. IT'S WRONG. We're the second car. So we call and ask if we can go to the pick up window to grab it. They're like no. Okay, no worries. So we wait in line...... FOR AN HOUR. FOR 4 MISSING ITEMS. This was an hour and 40+ minute McDonald's run. Like, Can I apply???? Bc y'all need management or at least ONE person in there who gives a rip.

Read moreIt was horrible, I had 18 and some change bill one of the items being mine out of the 8 I paid for.. even tho my item was only the freshly dropped batch of chocolate chip cookies for some reason before I got home my cookies were hard as sitting out all day and then warming them in the microwave to pass then off as freshly baked cookies! Crazier thing is that I specifically asked them NOT to put them in the microwave. Worst of all the so called manager called herself letting me have it like I was in the wrong, cutting me while I nicely explained my complaint just basically trying to inform someone of authority there about the mishap in hopes to receive a REAL FRESHLY BAKED PACK OF COOKIES or just my money back for the cookies . Read moreI’m not the type to normally review restaurants but this place gets me fired up. I went to the restaurant tonight and used my mobile app to get a deal for a buy a quarter pounder and get a Big Mac for $0.29. They ask my to pull over which isn’t a big deal and the lady comes out with my food and asked “did you get the quarter pounder and a large fry?” I said “no I got the quarter pounder Big Mac and large fry” and then she hands me my food and just says here you go. As I am driving away I realize I’d not have the Big Mac. I even told her it wasn’t the right order and she proceeded to give me it anyways without saying anything. I don’t get how you make me wait and STILL GET IT WRONG. This is the second time an event similar to this has happened. The first time was an employee saying “is it all there?” And it wasn’t. So there’s just no way he asked me that without knowing it wasn’t all in there. It’s just really disappointing because this place is right down the road for me and the perfect place to stop and get food when I’m tired or it’s late.
