Ok...wow, this place exceeded all expectations. Was there on a Friday night, they had a Bucks playoff game on with some fellow Bucks fans in the place and the Brewers were playing the Yankees so they had a shuttle running too. TVs everywhere, super clean and modern bathrooms, bar top is really nice too and they bring your food out on these custom Vier North wood platters. Now, onto the food and cocktails, which were the highlights. We had the pork belly (basically delicious bacon cooked perfectly) with cheese sauce dip called the Sizzle and Drizzle and their cheese curds, both were great. The Sizzle and Drizzle stole the starters show. Then we had their Vier North white cheddar burger, we got the double because it is a smash burger and it was delicious!! The caramelized onions on it were great, bun to meat ratio on a double was perfect. I had the Caesar salad as a side with their house made dressingThen my wife had the white pizza, which was also great. We found out that they worked with a chef to get the menu and cook staff dialed in, and it really shows! The bartenders Gus and Tony were dominating service in a pretty busy Friday night (they also had live music going on too, which just added to the ambiance). The old fashioned cocktails were on point and they have great beers on tap too. When I'm back in Milwaukee, I will be going back here for sure!

This was the first time dining here. We came for lunch. It was a beautiful day and there is an area completely open to the outside, so we were inside, but could feel the breeze from outside. Very nice menu choices that are reasonably priced for this area. The place looks amazing! The food came on beautiful china plates and was done with care. It was hot and delicious and everyone enjoyed what they ordered. We were a party of 3 and ordered ribs, chicken wings, and a fish fry. They have a nice drink menu as well. My only critique would be that the waiter did not ask if we wanted one check or 3 checks. That made it a little difficult for us since we are used to doing 3 separate checks when we do Friday work day lunches. He put it on one check. I totally screwed up how I should have applied his tip(I feel bad if they couldn't figure it out)...well I half blame this being our first time there and him for not asking. We'll go back again for sure, but this time know to ask for 3 separate checks. Otherwise, fabulous experience!!

My daughter called it immaculate. We had the dog so the dog friendly patio was perfect. The old supper club entrance winds up to three main level. It's hard to tell if it's a restaurant, high end brunch diner, or a nightclub. The place is timeless and built out wonderfully. Fanciest bathrooms of our entire trip. Cran Rangoon dip was excellent, found myself scraping the cast iron. Cesar salad with in house croutons was excellent. You know when a place smells like a bakery that the bread and pizza dough is going to be excellent and it did not disappoint. Amazing pizza. The sauce is fresh and excellent. And the dough, especially around the edges cooked to perfection. Highly highly highly recommend Vier North. Mel our service was attentive and kind and made us feel at home with great recommendations.

While escaping hurricane season in Houston this summer, I was lucky enough to stay with a friend who was walking distance to this bar. I used to go here 20 years ago when it was a different bar entirely, so we thought we'd stop in and check it out since it was obviously something entirely different now, and man was I impressed!! We met one of the owners Gus who was sooo amazing! Incredibly warm, fun personality who was super attentive every time we came in. He and his staff made the best cocktails. Sangria that was super unique and the best I've EVER had (apparently Gus' recipe) the most comfortable outdoor patio space and the music selection (at least when he was working was always the best flashback). We visited this bar sooo many times. I finally decided to try the food. Working at a culinary school I can be a bit picky in that arena and am usually always disappointed by bar food. But this wasn't that! It was sooo good! The burger ended up being my favorite in Milwaukee. Whatever sauce they use, I want. My friend ordered the pizza when we went on a Monday night for that special and it was not some garbage frozen pizza one might expect. They may even make their dough in-house. And for my last night, we ordered the curds. And of course, those were so good too. Not too greasy (the reason I had avoided curds during my 2 month stay in the area) just crisp and with an amazing marinara that I feel like the chef probably made in house as well. There are a lot of bars and restaurants in Houston, but none that I've found that compare to the overall experience you'll find here. I can't wait for the next time I visit Milwaukee. I found my...
