I came to the mall for Frankie's to order Jamaican food, I was there around 5:00 p.m. I tried to order the jerk chicken they were out and the mall closes at 8 so they still have 3 hours to go. But I ordered curry chicken and oxtail stew. The carry chicken was dry and there wasn't any much Carry sauce on it. Itwas unbelievably tasteless. The red beans and rice it was tasteless too. To be fair the only thing I ate was the oxtail stew, the rest in t h e pic. Went to the garbage. I would not recommend this place at all.

This was our first time here. We LOVED it!!! The owner was our server and he was amazing, so polite and kind. The food was absolutely delicious. The jerk chicken was moist and very, very flavorful. The red beans ans rice was probably the best I've ever had. The macaroni was good, the French fries were perfect, and the corn break muffin 😋😋😋 is all I can say!! My boyfriend even got a necklace. We will definitely be back, and will be telling all our friends

Food is 2.5/5 semi cold chicken served. Not a lot of portion for the prices. Seasonings is great. Jallof rice was served cold. No replacement offered. No greeting once we entered and they cannot print receipts. Customer service 2/5. I will not return. $40

This restaurant comes to my work for a Fooda popup. I was just told I couldn't look at the food without going through the line and buying it. I explained i was just seeing what they offered and they said i couldn't look so i left. What terrible service

Edit to response: I did clarify multiple times that i was not cutting, i was just looking at the food to see what was available. I suppose i was close to the TV/menu thing, but the line crosses that as well. Additionally the room the popup is in, is a public break space free to be used and hang out in, not the restaurants sole space. I guess today was not their day. I stopped by Frankies today around 9am . About three other tables occupied. The table we were sat had crumbs on it, he just swept them with his had on the floor. We put in out order. My mom had the English Breakfast it came with half a tomato. They didn't trum of the top. I ordered the steak and potatoes, med rare. I'll try to post pics. I returned it twice. Talk about a super experience. First I had the Fayata. It is a West Africa Samosa with seasoned beef sweet peas and green onions served with their homemade dipping sauce. It is pallet pleaser that opened up your taste buds for the rest of your meal. Then the BBQ Ribs with homemade sauce made you scream for more. And it passed the butter knife test.
