Nestled against the picturesque backdrop of Lake Michigan, MooSa's in Milwaukee, WI, offers an unrivaled dining location. With its stunning lakeside setting, the restaurant sets the stage for a truly captivating experience.

Seeking a touch of whimsy, I ventured into their menu, opting for their renowned Barbie shake. The shake proved to be an indulgent masterpiece, capturing both the eye and the palate. Creamy, dreamy, and delightfully sweet, it was a confectionery symphony that delighted my taste buds with every sip. The infusion of flavors left me craving more, and it certainly lived up to the hype.

MooSa's Barbie shake is an embodiment of decadence, a treat that transports you into a world of sugary bliss. For those yearning for an enchanting and lusciously creamy dessert, this shake is a must-try. With its scenic locale and delectable offerings, MooSa's offers an experience that tantalizes all the senses and leaves you with...

What a mess. I waited 16 minutes just to get through the line and order a cheeseburger. The couple in front of me took six and a half minutes to order. The manager finally intervened. They only had one order window open.

While waiting in line to order, On occasion the manager would open a second window and bark something at the crowd. I'm not sure what he was saying, but I think he was referring to the kiosk in front of him. Nobody was using it. Was that for ice cream only? Credit card only? Who knows. There was no signage anywhere. That would have been an easy fix.

After finally ordering, I used the bathroom in the same building, and there was no soap. Imagine that. At a hamburger place. So, I figured they would have hand sanitizer outside. And they did have a gallon jug. It was empty. So when I picked up my burger, I asked for hand sanitizer and she offered me an empty bottle. Gross.

So how was the burger? It was fine....

unacceptable, we waited 30 minutes before being able to order and once we arrived at the counter we were told that nothing more food was served... They have a microphone so I asked that the people waiting behind us be notified. but they did nothing, no respect for customers. But expect the best! Stranded with our children we had no choice but to have to give them something to fill their stomachs. we order smoothies.. we wait another 15 minutes and we are told that there is no more peanut butter! my son had to take the strawberry. the smoothies were terrible, only sugar and very expensive. Move on, look elsewhere. They are incompetent and slow and in terms of hygiene it is better not to look back. don't spend...

Why the flip didn't I get the fries!?!? Seriously awesome fries. Don't make the mistake I did at first and not order fries. THEY ARE AWESOME!! The burgers are pretty dang good. I talked to 'Butters' the great manager afterwards and he was probably the best restaurant manager I've ever talked to. He was concerned about what we thought of the food and asked for feedback. Every employee was very nice and helpful. The strawberry/oreo shake was good. We are already planning another trip to Milwaukee and have already marked MooSa has the MUST VISIT restaurant. There are amazing places to see in the area near McKinley Beach and MooSa is a place everyone should go to. Get the burger and fries and you will love them!

Loved the sweet treat!! The definition of "soft serve" 🥰🥰 the people working the stand are busy but they're trying their best!! I was pretty disappointed by the burger. Paid about $8 plus tip bringing me to $10. The patty was bland, could get better elsewhere. I know this place isn't exactly famous for them, but it's $8 JUST FOR THE SANDWICH ALONE! And (from what I saw) no other non-alcohol drink options except for water?? Maybe I'll get one of the sides or the corn dog instead. I was initially intrigued by this place because of the name. Moosa sounds like "Musa", the Arabic name for Moses. Doesn't seem like they're correlated though.
