This is my second time ordering from here...will be the last. First time, customer service sucked and the food was cold. This after quoting a three hour turnaround time for pick up. I ordered at roughly 9 pm and pickup was to be 12:30am. When I arrived to pickup the order, I was told my pickup time and I stated I wanted to cancel the order because I was too tired to wait another hour. Cashier then disappears for a few minutes, comes back and tells me to hold on. She speaks to another associate then walks to the other end of the counter grabs a bag that had been sitting there when I walked in and hands me my order. Food was cold, but had a nice fry, was seasoned and still moist. Tonight, the front counter service was great, but I was deeply disappointed by the food. The wings were old and dry and not a drop of seasoning on them and I am pretty sure that that was not mango habanero sauce -no mango flavor, no spice. I go to munch on a jalapeno popper as I drive off and am met with cold cream cheese in my mouth. You would have thought that with business being that much slower since it was a holiday that more care could be put into the food prep. I spent $25 just to end up microwaving a...
Read moreThis is my go to spot when visiting Milwaukee. Lived in MKE for 5 years and the Mad Fire Chicken Sandwich is the absolute best I’ve ever had.
Forget the fast food chicken sandwich wars, just got to Mad Chicken. Idk if they use peanut products in their recipe, but I get a very slight taste of peanut. (Maybe peanut oil?) Along with the onions, cheese, and pickles it has a distinct and delicious flavor. Although the $$ for the sandwich is higher than average fast food, the portion size is double what they give you everywhere else. You will be full, even without a side.
The fries are good, but are made better by the the mad fire sauce. The tenders are bomb too (they use tenders in the sandwiches and bowls)
Great potential if the end up franchising outside of...
Read moreCame here last week expecting the food was good due to the reviews. Spend $74 on traditional wings, the hoagie combo, fried Oreos, jalapeño poppers, a bbq wrap and 6 chicken tenders. In my opinion, I’ll give them the chicken, the crispy chicken is juicy inside which is good for everyone. The hoagie just comes with lettuce and a bit of mayo. The fries are not seasoned so they come out like culvers fries. The sauce, is mayo and ketchup. And it taste more like mayo and has no seasoning which makes you not want to eat it. The bbq wrap is pretty small and they don’t really glaze their bbq sauce on it that much. Traditional wings are small like domino’s wings and chicken tenders are mid size. Waffle fries are cooked well with a bit of salt. Fried Oreos and jalapeño...
