I ordered wings, two pizzas and a 2 liter soda from Uber eats however the driver informed me that Papa John’s didn’t have the wings. My order total price was 91.60; however the wings was missing according to the delivery driver. So I proceeded to call the restaurant to speak with a manger and I was directed to a regular worker at 11:13pm who immediately started cutting me off in the middle of explaining myself back to back to make their point and implied that I was being hostile when they don’t even know the definition of hostility; I’ve not once cut her off, not valued their feelings and yet some way or some how I was mistreated on that call with that specific individual for 9 minutes. I don’t know what it is but being born and raised in Miami Florida, hospitality is a winner to attracting more people alongside with great customer service. The lady then hung up in my face after literally gaslighting me. I won’t and wouldn’t recommend people order from this chain. If somebody presses a number to be directed to a manger it should go to such… evidently there’s a sign of laziness why have the option to press to speak with a manger to up speaking with regular worker who doesn’t value their own job yet alone a customers needs or concerns. The lack of care given is a disgrace to papa John’s.

Read moreIf you actually want your food DO NOT EAT HERE. Saturday ordered DELIVERY for 1 pizza and 1 dessert at 7:06 pm. Estimated time was 111 minutes which is insane but ok, waited 111 minutes.. nothing. Called twice and no answer. At this point it’s 9PM and so I decide to drive to the store while on hold the entire time. I walk in and the store is a mad house, they have like 500 pizzas made and these geniuses are still pumping pizzas out left and right with no idea what’s going on. The lady in front of me left cause without her food as somehow of the 500 pizzas they already made, they didn’t have her order ready. Once she left, they were upset with how they were being treated by the customer even tho they were the ones taking money and not doing their job. I then asked for my food and a discount/free food. The guy gives me 50% off, keeps his tip and forgets to go look for my order. 10 more minutes go by and it’s like 9:30 now, I ask again where’s my order. He looks through the 200 orders he’s made but finds my cold pizza hands it to me and I get to eat my cold pizza at 10:30 at night and miss the entire half of March madness. The fact that this store is allowed to be open and ran by such unprofessional people is beyond me. Never eating here again and ruined my...
Read moreCalled 1 hour and 40 minutes before close, and asked to place an order for delivery. The woman who answered the phone seemed to be the manager (unfortunately). She said "Sorry we aren't taking anymore deliveries tonight because we are short handed and only have one delivery driver. Even if i were to take your order it will be like a 4 hour delivery." First of all, you need to teach your employees that their staffing and understaffing is none of my concern. You're in the business to be busy, and denying people service and acting like i won't receive a pizza until the middle of the night is pretty ridiculous. At least they were honest about not wanting my business, but its completely unacceptable to say you're too busy to serve someone. Its sad because this was my second time ordering from this chain, and will certainly be my last. Thanks for saving me 20 bucks on an over priced pizza. If i need to drive to pick up a pizza I'll keep spending my money at Little Caesars where the pizza is a fourth of the price with decent...
