Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Was told over the phone our order would be done in 15 minutes ... then when we gave time went in people were waiting in lobby being told 10 minutes " your stuff be done in 10 " ... 45 m8nutes later same person is telling people 10 minutes l also had the honor of witnessing the same person go to the back and thru the lil window I see her working at the food with a cigarette short in her mouth !! At this point my kids are hungry af and I still stayed and hoped for the best when I went again to check on time she finally says oh there's 3 orders ahead of u ... I go home and someone calls to complain about our order and at this point we are told the pizzas are out why did he leave . Frustrated beyond belief I go back but the wings we ordered we were given 8 boneless instead of 18 bone in ... I wanted to take the wings and leave so bad but the pricing was way diff so I told the lady my wings were wrong to wait again for the order to be corrected horrible customer service to say the least I do not think it's sanitary to have a cigarette piece in your mouth while preparing food if u have 5 customers ahead of a new order say that don't have people told 10 minutes for stuff that takes 20 min to make and have orders ahead I will never go back to pizza hut ever again there's a reason why I didn't eat this in a long time and look at the irony . NEVER AGAIN PIZZA HUT WILL U...

One would think that, being surrounded by plenty of other pizza delivery options in a 10 block radius, Pizza Hut would put just a tad more effort into their pizza making capabilities. The food is lukewarm garbage. The crust is as dry as my dog's bones, and the pepperoni put on top of it is repulsive.

Last night I ordered a thin crust AND a hand tossed large pizza. When it arrived (rather speedily, which is the only good thing about my experience with them), the delivery guy refused to actually come to my door and made me walk a half of a block to find him. Hindsight 20/20, I should have just told him to screw off right then and there because then I wouldn't have been disappointed with the disgusting, dry, yesterdays reheated thin crust pizzas he delivered. Yes, 2 thin crusts.

If I wanted to leave the house, I would have went somewhere with edible food. It is a sad day when I'd rather have Pizza Shuttle's bar-close pizza than anything from Pizza Hut. My fiance and I have given this location plenty of chances to not suck, yet they can't quite ever reach a level of acceptable mediocrity. You've officially lost a customer, and not just that location. I will never be a patron at any Pizza Hut again.

I hope this review steers you in any direction other than through their doors. Ian's is right up the street. Do yourself a favor...

Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza chain to order from when I feel like treating myself to something on the not-so-healthy side, but this location is so frustrating that I'm unfortunately gonna have to stop ordering from here.

While the delivery is always very, very fast, and the delivery staff is always very friendly and pleasant, my order has been wrong so many times that it's not worth the money any more. I would rather have the pizza take longer to come but be what I ordered than to have it be wrong and not enjoyable but fast.

Every time I order extra sauce, there is never extra sauce. In fact, it's pretty frequent that there's not only not extra sauce, there's virtually no sauce at all, which is really unpleasant. It's so blatant that on a few occasions, I've gone back to check what I ordered to make sure I didn't make a mistake while ordering, but it's never been that--the pizza is just not made correctly.

There have also been multiple times when I've ordered pan pizza, and the pizza I receive is what I'm guessing is hand-tossed and definitely not pan, which is what happened just this past time.

It makes me sad because I love Pizza Hut. But heads-up that if you order from this location, your order will probably be wrong, or at the very least, not made with the best...
