The Seafood Shack — Restaurant in Wauwatosa

Had to wait about 45 minutes for a Too Good to Go surprise bag. Cashier/bartender lady wasn't friendly or personable. I was initially told my food would take 10-15 minutes since it's made to order. I waited 30 minutes before approaching the cashier/bartender lady to inquire how much longer it would be. She was in no rush to go to the kitchen to check on my food. She eventually found the time to go check on it and I was then told it would be another 2-3 minutes. About 8 minutes later my food was brought out by the kitchen staff and sat on the counter. I asked the kitchen staff person if that container was the Too Good to Go order she said yes and then pointed to the cashier/bartender lady and said she would be over to assist me. That was far from the truth. The cashier/bartender lady saw my food sitting there. I told her the kitchen staff said that was my food. She said ok but continued to play around with a hookah nearby. I waited another minute for her to bag up my food. She didn't. So I asked her if I could just take it. She said yes. She didn't even at least offer me a plastic bag so I could bag it myself. She offered me no utensils, napkins or sauce for my food and these items were right next to her. Anyways, let's get to the food. The food was good. There were 4-6 fried shrimp (i can't remember exactly how many cause I ate them as I was driving). There was also 4 mozzarella sticks and a small order of fries with cheese sauce. Even though the food was good I'll never, ever, ever, ever, visit this place again due to the poor service and long wait. At least offer me a bag for my food, a soda for my wait and offer me an apology. And also I think I should mention the atmosphere. The parking lot was accessible. There's a good amount of seating inside. Oh, the music... On the night I was there from 7-7:45pm they were playing, very loudly, the most disgusting, vulgar, degrading, unedited, explicit rap music. Saw a Facebook post for lunch specials and & Called to place my order. when I went and typed the seafood shack in on google maps an address popped up on south Milwaukee -Chicago Ave maybe I didn't pay attention but the address on the Facebook post was to their location on S. Chicago ave. Long story short, double check their location because the one on south Chicago Street doesn't open until 6 PM. When I called back the staff were super friendly and gave me an address on Farwell. It was confusing the least to say. So by the time we made to Farwell the food was cold and even though we notified them I still think that they could've accommodated us and tried to keep our food warm. BTW we ordered 4- $10...

I must admit, the food was delicious! Unfortunately, my experience was not great. This was my first and last visit. The waitress was very rude and unprofessional. There were no QR codes or menus on the table, so we had to go to the counter to see the options. The lady told us to have a seat, which was fine, but there were only a handful of people there, and it took a long time for her to bring our food.
