HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE & LOWBALL OFFERS. Employees act like they don't have the time of day to help you, and if you bring items to sell, don't expect to get anywhere near a fair price. The employees only take about 5 minutes to Google whatever item you bring in, and they won't listen to any details you give them - so don't expect their estimates to be accurate. In my case I brought in my Hubsan H123D X4 Jet RC quadcopter, which is a solid mid-level FPV racing drone. Having only flown it once, and having included brand new blades and batteries, I figured they'd give me a decent price (especially since brand new my whole setup cost around $600). If you look up "Hubsan H123D X4 Jet" you'll see it's still easily worth over $200 used (not including the transmitter), plus $80+ for a refurbished transmitter, plus at least $20 per high capacity battery (in my case I had 4 of Hubsan's highest capacity batteries for this model), plus $20 for a case that's custom built to hold this specific drone and all its components. This brings the used total for my whole setup to around $380-$400. The employees at this store offered me no more than $50 for the whole package... I told the employees that they were likely looking at a cheaper variation of the X4 drone instead of the "H123D X4 Jet" model (there are at least 3 cheaper variations of the Hubsan X4), but they refused to do more than their initial 5 minutes of research and they refused to show me the results they found on their computer that led them to give me such a low offer. Ultimately I turned down their $50 offer and went and sold my drone for $400 on Facebook Marketplace within a week.

My son, and I have been coming here for many years. They specialize in all things electronic. Newer and some vintage audio. Always a great selection of speakers. Also a great place for gamers, and computer geeks. They also carry a good selection of music instruments, and accessories. We alway have to stop when we're in the area.

Ah, a used goods store with a sense of humor. You'll be looking for bargains just as much as you'll be looking for the reason why there are random cutouts of Nicolas Cage in the display case.

Horrible experience, my husband and I took in a JL audio W3 10 inch speaker in a obcon box. The clerk offered us $25 for both the speaker and box. I personally bought this for my husband and paid about $570 for them less than a year ago. I get it they have to make money too. But that’s an insult. So I asked how he came to that number and he said honestly I based it off of a stolen speaker price. WHAT? First off I feel he was profiling because my husband is Hispanic covered in tattoos, and he never once tested the speaker. He then said it was because it was in the box is why he gave that price . So we went out side and took it out of the box and then he said he would give us 60 for it, and I asked about with the box he said $70 total. We obviously did NOT sell to them nor will I ever do business with them in the future. But before we left he said that the speaker and box combo would have to sell over $289 before he would even offer $100. So then I proceeded to point out to the not so bright employee that the same set up was on their shelf for more money than that and he said well that wasn’t me! So my husband said ok what would you sell it for and he said $180. We said great we will take that one over there for $180. And he refused to sell it at that price. So let’s talk about horrible customer service and trying to take advantage of people. Luckily we didn’t need the cash just trying to down size as we are moving across states and need the room in...

DO NOT BUY HARD DRIVES FROM THIS PLACE!!! I live a few hours away in Oregon from this pawn shop. 2 days ago I was coming back home from Washington through Portland and stopped here. Bought a used Seagate 5TB HDD. I asked if the HDDs are reset and was told of course so.

Came home to hook up to my PC and it worked fine for a bit. Moved about 2TB worth of video files to it from my old HDD. Did the normal formatting and partitioned it for ext4 as I'm running Debian 12 (Linux).

Later that night I had to eject the HDD and switch USB ports to make room. When I plugged it back in again, file explorer and task manager all started freezing and spiking my CPU to 100%. So I went to reset my PC when all of the sudden I got stuck in a boot loop to emergency mode due to a drive failing to unmount and remount. Reinstalled my OS got everything setup again and it worked fine for a while.

Today 5/14/25: HDD randomly unmounted and deleted half of my 3TB worth of media. Never even touched it or changed anything. Tried to plug back in and remount and file explorer froze again and caused my other HDD to start freezing. Bricked my PC again.

This place stole my $60, sold me a faulty crappy external HDD and there's nothing I can do about it. I live too far away to go back and even if I could it's a pawn shop so I'm not going to get my money back. Thanks so much guys! Karma...
