I've ordered from this Domino's for years and years. Not anymore. They recently had a 1/2 price deal, and ordered it online for pickup at 7:00 PM (ordered earlier that day) on a Friday night. Got there at 7:00 PM, and the employees were all running around like chickens with their heads cut off. No one asked if I needed help. Drivers came in, and left. Still no one asked me if I needed assistance. This is a little store front and they all could see me. FINALLY, someone asked me after 10 minutes if I needed help. Told them I was there to pick up a pizza. They said it wasn't ready yet. Overheard them complaining they were busy, the manager had ran across town to get more large boxes (they were out) and were running out of more stuff. Then again, after another 20 minutes, someone else asked if I needed help. Told them AGAIN I was there for my pizza, and they looked and it was NEVER made! Then another employee (someone in the back) said they asked me if I needed something right when I walked in (A LIE). I told them I guess the customer is NOT right here, and wasted 30 minutes of my life waiting for a pizza they never made and given the runaround about it... I'll still order Domino's if I'm on a road trip in a motel out of state and it's the only pizza available, but I will never, EVER, order from this location again. Very sad. This was MY Domino's. Read moreWas at work and ordered for delivery. I was informed 30-40 min for delivery. I had to call about my order 40 min after expected delivery. Then was informed order was out for delivery but was last stop. Would be there in 5 min. Took another 15 min to arrive. Telling a customer 30-40 min when you're busy is a lie. The customer should be informed and know what to expect. That is bad business. I was taken away from important work to wait for a delivery that didn't show when expected and then had to wait again. If I knew it was going to take and hour and a half or more I would have been able to accomplish other things. I got my order but wasn't able to pay when they delivered so I had enough integrity to call the store to pay for the food and had to wait on hold for over 5 min. Customer service sucked, in Short. They didn't even offer any compensation for any inconveniences that had occured do to false information. I had to order due to work restrictions otherwise I would have gone someplace else or picked it up myself. The kicker is, the food was ordered to share with others as well but we're u able to partake because it took so long for the food to arrive. Horrible experience. Not ordering from this...
Read moreI managed to spend $30 redeeming a free Pizza coupon and pairing it with another pie. Time from order to delivery is impressively fast. One of my pizzas had not been cooked through and had cold sauce and unmelted cheese... furthermore the entire pie was covered in ranch dressing? Which was not on the order. Absolutely disgusting, an expensive mistake that was never rectified. The second pizza was actually pretty tasty, although it bore the same issues I complained about the last time I ordered - I paid extra for spinach and tomato toppings, and there's barely a piece on the pizza. I tried to report this through your app and website and it offers me 20% off my next order(not likely!) Or another coupon for a free medium Pizza (5.99.. How I got in this mess in the first place)... when I decline,, the website seems to think the issue has been resolved and the customer support bubble disappeared. what about the meal, or $30 I spent on these last two pizzas?
