Okay super cute coffee shop in linden hills, the space and atmosphere are great. Tiny parking lot. Havenât tried the food so canât review that. The service is slow. Slow. Iâm talking glacial paces here. I visited on a Sunday, there were 3 employees working. One woman who seemed like she maybe never made coffee before a day in her life. Two others that were meandering in the background wrapping pastries and or folding boxes. There was a line of 5-7 orders waiting on the one barista. I order door dash while working and cannot work with the store to resolve when it happens sadly. I would really love to make this my main coffee place but I cannot justify...

The americano was smooth, not overly harsh or bitter. In a conversation with barista they told me theyâve switched to single origin for all their coffee and do not roast it past medium dark. It definitely is reflected in the flavor of the coffee. On top of all that they have stoppers! So if you take your coffee to go like me it wonât splash all over the cup holder...
