Read moreworst customer service of my life. I have been a regular since moving to the neighborhood last year, stopping in regularly for their coffee, dessert treats, and food. The owner is super sweet, and such a doll, shes even given me old plants of hers from the resteraunt space. But, the other guy that works for her told me (after a year of spending my hard earned money there). The other day, that my son couldnt use the restroom, and that it was for (customers only), I had already ordered BOTH A COFFEE, AND A baklava., Which he both denied me service for, and was rude to me and my son. Needless to say my son was pretty ticked that we couldn't just relax and order, and that he wasnt able to use their restroom. I was yelled at the rest of the 2 blocks home, because my kid (had to go pretty bad). And I totally understood why he was upset. Anyway, horrible way to be treated after being a fairly loyal regular customer for a year, I won't be wasting my money here anymore, which is sad because the owner is such an amazing person, and so genuine and sweet, and a good muslim to boot. Luv her, but her employees are mean, nasty and rude, never spending my...
Read morePlaced an order online for chicken shawarma with fries and drink. When I arrived to pick up my order I first proceeded to the restroom where I was stopped by the security who in a rude manner stated that I canât use it since Iâm not an employee. Ok, Iâm not, Iâm a customer, so I still canât use the bathroom? No. I approached the counter and they said they didnât have my order, I showed them my phone and they made it (very quickly, so I donât know yet what it tastes like as Iâm writing this in my car in tears). They said they didnât have fries and offered me chips (I donât eat chips), so when I asked a refund for the absent fries they told me they canât refund a portion of the order and offered a dessert which I accepted. Terrible place! The security guard wouldnât even listen to the employee who approached him and tried to explain that Iâm a customer and need to use the bathroom. What a waste of time and money! UPDATE: although the food wasnât bad the portion was tiny, so definitely wonât...
