I hate giving the 1 star because all my previous experiences were excellent but the last 2 of 3 times i was here have been garbage! First an associate lied to me and told me i had to get the amazon $60 plan even though i told him i already purchased prime for the year, then i bought a pair of headphones to help them out with their accesories even though i didnt really want to but i used to sell cell phones so i know how it is. Anyway the head phones went out after 2 days, i bought another pair elsewhere. I went to get my money back they said no returns exchanges only. Any place that is willing to lose a customer over $7.50 plus tax is no one i want to do business with since they clearly don't value their customers. Like i said im bummed since i specifically came to this location because of previous good experiences, now I'm going elsewhere from now on. Definitely wont be buying any accesories from...

Now this place can be overlooked because of the road and building construction but look for it if it's in your neighborhood, or not too, especially if you use metropcs.These guys or gentlemen I like to call them, treat me with so much respect and are willing to go that extra mile. I have been with them for a few years now and would recommend stopping in or checking out online their deals, some of the plans if you qualify for are amazing, I don't know if I should do this but I am going to, how about your plan 30 bucks off a month? If you pay 50, it's 20, 60 they add a perk and it's 30, you have to see it, and if you are hungry there are restaurants and tobacco stores.
