McDonald's — Restaurant in Minneapolis

I decided to try the mobile order from the McDonald's app, thinking it would speed up the process some. I live a little over 0.6 miles from the restaurant and i walked, 11mins according the health app on my phone. the McDonald's app asked how i would like to get my order (curbside, inside restaurant) i chose inside and then to have it to go. The screen by the pickup area showed my order "in progress" i sat down. after several minutes, the screen displayed my order as "now serving" so i go up to the counter and continue to wait. I had several employees look in my direction but no one say a word to even acknowledge me. possibly even the manager or shift lead (she wore all black) also looked at me without saying a word. Finnaly she comes up with a bag and hands it to me and what seemed like almost an after thought says "sorry for the wait." its now been close to 15 minutes since i walked in to the restaurant. Here's the thing, the restaurant was NOT busy, a steady drive thru maybe, i walked in to an empty restaurant, in which someone else didn't come in til just before i got my Food. I walked up to the restaurant with 1 or 2 cars waiting to order. Now i have been in other McDonald's that have had lines inside and at the drive thru that HAVE been busy, were i have not only placed an order but recived it in less time than i waited. And while those other McDonald's, were busy. i got more than just a "sorry for the wait" Employees have greet me with a Smile, said "i be right with you" Thanked me for coming in and given something along the lines of "have a good day" I give 2 stars only because the food was...

Further update; I still go back, I'm not sure if they changed their policy of charging FULL price for a city water, but I do enjoy the employees who work there, I still go on Saturday mornings for an egg McMuffin and a large coffee. I feel the egg McMuffin is a little pricey but the coffee is reasonable priced and about the best in the fast food realms. UPDATE: I'm changing from a 5 star to a one star, because I cannot receive a water without paying FULL PRICE FOR A POP! That's a RIP OFF as well as an insult! The damn GREEDY owners and or management and their cheap, stupid and short sighted decision will negatively effect this location! There was a guy in there this morning that was raising extreme agitation at the top of his lungs! Because McDonald's was asking for a full pop price for a water. I wound up paying for HIS WATER, like $1.60! To shut the belligerent, loud and obnoxious customer! I'm considering ending my relations with McDonald's, for ever, because of the traumatic experience this morning with that irate customer, and, managements STUPID decision to now charge full soda pop price for a cup of city water!

I just want to start off by saying I had a really rude experience today at this specific McDonald’s. My friend asked an employee a simple question that she could answer, and the employee came back with a very disgusting attitude, 30 bucks and gave us the middle of giving us dirty looks and giving us the middle finger as we were leaving in a very nasty tone and curly blonde hair. I have no idea what her name is because the manager seem to really not care about her employees sticking up the middle finger at us. I think it’s very unprofessional that the manager really had nothing to say about it the manager had brown pigtails, and she had eyeliner on I just want this to be taken care of by a higher management, because I felt like nothing was done about the situation, and the other employees didn’t really seem to care. they were all just sitting there, laughing having a good all-time, thinking.
