Absolutely horrible almost every time we visit the location on Stenson Blvd. There's only been a few times that my family and I visited this location where the employees got our order right, and were polite. Other wise the employee always either get the order wrong or forget to put part of our order in the bags. Also the price of the order is supposed to show up on the drive thew screen , and it does, problem is, when we get to the window to pay the price is always higher then what was on the screen. And I hardly ever receive our receipt. Like tonight, I asked at the frist window for my receipt, the cashier told me, "you get it at the next window even though I gave her my money. So I drive up to the second window to get my food and receipt. The girl hands me my bag of food, I check inside for my receipt, the receipt was not there and my fries weren't in the container but instead dumped all at the bottom of the bag. I called the girl back to the window, she asked " what's wrong?" Before she even knew what I was going to say, which leads me to believe she already knew what was wrong. I say , " seriously, you have to even ask? " "Is this how you give ppl there food by just dumping it into the bag?" She took the bag back with alittle attitude, put the fries from the bag in a container and gave it back to me, by now the fries are cold. I checked the bag again and asked, " where are the cookies" . and my receipt? " I was told that I didn't order cookies. I explained that I did place an order for cookies along with the rest of my order and it showed up on the screen outside in the back along with the rest of my order and the price, I also asked the girl that took my money at the first window for a receipt and she told me to get it at the second window. So then the employee talked to someone else in the store, and gave me the cookies I ordered but I still never got my receipt after asking three times for it. Question: How would the employees know if I ordered or what I ordered if they dont even have my receipt? Then there is the issue of hair. Your employees , especially the girls , alot of them always have long dirty scraggly greasy looking hair hanging in all the food they handle or looking like they just climb out of bed and forgot to comb their hair before going to work. I totally understand that some of your stores are franchises, and loosing one customer isn't going to hurt the business, but I've been holding off and trying to be understanding thinking, well these employees are young and don't get paid much. But come to realize that I don't care what the pay rate is, when an individual applies for / or except a job with any company, they are representatives of that company and part of their job is to look presentable/ professional, and to ensure that the expectations of the company / store are met by quality service to the customers, Not to exclude making sure health issues are met. That is if the business one is employeed by really cares about its customers. I will be reposting my experiences with McDonald's on my social web sites as well. It seems the the inner city McDonald's are the worst. To get half way decent service from clean looking McDonalds stores and employees and professional actting employees, one has to drive to the far away suburb or Wisconsin. The service is as bad as...
Read moreI went here as an Uber Eats driver not too long ago, (within the last couple weeks) and it was past 9pm on a weekday night, the lobby was closed for whatever reason and I spent 50 minutes between when I entered the drive through line to when I finally got to the food window to grab the food I was supposed to pick up for the recipient. The only reason I waited that long was because I didn’t want my cancellation rate to go down... I have never experienced slower service in a “fast food” place than here at this location. I’m never picking up food at any McDonalds as a result again though. No, I am not exaggerating about the wait time. When I pulled up to the window to collect the food items, it took another 8 minutes to collect the food items for the delivery I was on. After confirming I was handed the correct food items after all that waiting, I asked the drive-through employee for napkins and cutlery as I always do with any delivery since most recipients appreciate that, and that took another 5+ minutes just to grab that. She then handed me a drink which was not on the order form but which she said she mistakenly didn’t hand to me with the food too. Overall an extremely frustrating experience. This location is either HIGHLY under-staffed or extremely mis-managed and needs corporate or regional staff trainers to come in and get this store in a place where this kind of service never happens again. I don’t blame the employees in non-management positions. This is all something which should be avoided by good management styles and practices. I’m not asking for 5 star service from a fast food establishment, just timely service. There were over 8-10 cars behind me that I could see when I finally pulled up to the electronic ordering station to let them know I was with Uber Eats, and I hate to imagine how long they all waited too. I saw at least four cars ahead of me pull out of the line out of frustration when I first got there since the wait was excessive too. I hope something is done to seriously remedy this for the employee’s sake and for...
Read moreWell, first I like McDonalds because I like the food. This time when I went to McDonald's, I noticed that they have a new ordering station. It's a little bit tall for me, using a wheelchair. However, a gentleman who is the manager came over to me and we were talking about it. I & my friend ordered without using the newfangled gadget. However, I intend to be back soon to see if I can manage it alone. I suspect that the machine is a little tall because probably many people who are customers of McDonald's didn't learn the magic trick that my parents taught us. If we wanted to touch something bright & shiny & new, my parents taught us to put both hands behind our backs and whatever we were looking at looked even better than before. Especially since we hadn't knocked it over, gotten it dirty, or heaven forfend, broken it into smithereens. My friend and I each had a quarter-pounder burger, small 🍟, and a shake. She had strawberry and I had chocolate, which I believe is the 7th wonder of the world. It was very good. Burgers and fries were hot. Shakes were cold. There are several places to sit if you use a wheelchair or other mobility device. Frankly, I don't think much of my chances attempting to clamber up and onto the tall stools. The person who helped me was nice and very well versed in the machine with the ordering process by the front door. I like technical stuff. The table we sat at allowed me to plug in my tape recorder. However, I also like being able to ask questions about my order to a human being. At this McDonald's you can have the best of both worlds. In addition to your children being able to see something interesting without breaking it. I'm glad my parents taught us that magic trick to see things differently and better. If they hadn't, I shudder to think about what I would be paying for left over from...
