4 out of the 5 times I've ordered from this wendys on doordash, half of our order was forgotten. I'll relay the experiences below.
I ordered a salad and fries, two sandwiches. They forgot the salad. I was like "it's fine" and ordered the salad again after being refunded for it. They sent over the wrong salad.
Ordered 4 sandwiches, two large fries. Got 3 sandwiches and 1 large fry.
Ordered two sandwiches, got one sandwich.
Ordered two sandwiches, fries and a salad, got the wrong salad again, fries were stale like they sat out for hours, and one sandwich was forgotten.
I generally give food workers the benefit of the doubt, their jobs are harder than most people realize. But that's just insane. They've gotten it right 20% of the time so far, and I'd be concerned if they got it wrong on the 5th order because I only ordered one thing. I have to assume management is incompetent there because I don't know a single other fast food place that would let that happen. I literally have never encountered that anywhere else in my life. I will say however, this ONLY happens on doordash. Every time I've been through the drive thru there (another 5 times or so) the order was correct. Perhaps they're overworked and trying to discourage people from using doordash? I don't know. All I know is don't order delivery from this wendys unless you want half of your food, incorrect food, and to spend 15 minutes requesting a refund for things you paid for but didn't get. Really...

Traffic flow, or rather, the lack thereof, is an immediate concern - both getting into the drive-through lane and exiting once your order has been collected.
Even after conquering the initial challenge of access, the concept of fast food seems to be lost in translation here. In my several experiences at this location, there has invariably been a significant wait time for food, notably longer than at other Wendy's I've visited. It seems that the pace of service could benefit from some serious fine-tuning.
The staff here, while not overtly unwelcoming, does not exude enthusiasm for their roles. A casual observer might note the employees' preferential attention towards their cell phones and the loud music blaring in the kitchen, rather than the pending orders. The drive-through line, visibly long, can be partially attributed to this distracted conduct.
The ambiance is marred by the very apparent lack of urgency amongst the workforce. The overall experience does not resonate with what one expects from a Wendy's outlet. It's quite disheartening to see a beloved brand's reputation tarnished by one location's inefficiency.
In summary, unless significant improvements are made to both traffic management and service speed, I would recommend steering clear of this particular Wendy's. It's not the fast food experience you'd...

That is also, really understandable. I have NEVER, at and Wendy's restaurant, been subject to such terrible, rude service. Arrived approx 9:15pm. Spent more than 20 minutes in a drive thru with 6 cars in front of us. When the lady at the window finally answered, it was; "Can I help you?" Instead of "Welcome to Wendy's, may I take your order" -Wrong order was billed, no receipt offered, then correct sandwiches were finally provided, wrapped incorrectly, ingredients were wrong, cold, and yet, bacon was burnt and grainy. Fries were cold and not cooked thru. Finally called the store when lobby closed, manager told me to "get back in drive thru line" and they would replace fries. Then, they stopped taking orders before they got back to me because they "were closed". Had to go around other cars, tap on window and hold up my fry container to get them to help. Without a word I was handed a bag, when asked, "are these the replacement fries" the lady said, "yep", closed window and turned back on me. Seriously?
