I had put in an online order today around 830pm. Pick up was around 850pm I arrived with a line of cars which I understand and am totally fine with. I waited a good 20 minutes until got to the intercom where I spoke to the cashier and told him that I had placed an online order. He told me that sounds great and for me to pull up to the second window. Another 20 minutes or so goes by as I waited to pull up to the second window. The time was around 920ish give or take. At the window, I was greated at the by a young gentlemen who asked me about my order to see if it was a combo 9. I told him no and that I had an online order consisting of a crave case and 40 chicken rings. A lady comes by and asks me what I had ordered. I repeated myself that I had an online order. She politly told me that she can't pull my online order though because there are to many orders to make. Keep in mind my placed my online order at 830 and the time now is about 930. I asked her if she could just cancel the order since I've been waiting for too long and just wanted to be on my way. She pursuaded me and confidently said that it'll only be another 5 minutes and for me to pull up so the next customer could get their order. One customer passes me, and another, and another, the time is now 945pm and slowly approaching 10pm. As the clock kept ticking, I was patiently waiting as I've been. The cashier then calls for me at the window to reverse back. As I got to the window I was asked again for my order. I said pick up for Justin. The two gentlemen who were at the cashier, one with an afro and one who was sagging which looked like sweat pants was interacting with cash register, maybe reviewing the orders that had came through. No words were exchanged. The gentleman with the sagging pants walked to the back and the gentleman with the afro handed me my order politly. At this time it was basically 10pm. I received my order and as I checked the bags, I had not received my desired order. I was presented my crave case which surprisingly was correct but I did not receive the correct amount of chicken rings. Instead I was given a sack of fries instead. I left the premessies as I have been here long enough and just wanted to go home. Over all, the staff was very polite, the building looks great next to the holiday. I just wasn't sure what happened within the amount of time I was there or the amount of time they have been given. Remember 830pm online order placement - 950pm order received with incorrect items. Some parting words before I call it a night. Keep up the good work. I wish you all the best, and I'll keep your location into consideration when ordering next time....
Read moreIt was a very bad experience I waited in line for 20 minutes there was only one car in front me I ordered a $6 thing I wanted to add a milkshake instead of a drink and the guy told me it would 11 something like seriously and then I try to correct him and he kept telling me is that it is that it is that it like yeah we repeated ourselves like four or five times and then when will you try to pull up we literally sat there waiting for 20 minutesand then he wants to look out of the window and look over at us knowing that he just messed up our order so I waited patiently in the end I had to leave and because of that I was late to work I had to go to the gas station and get two hot dogs to eat because they were so slow and obviously they didn't know what they werebecause I've ran businesses and restaurants for over 10 yearsI know for a fact I don't care how big the order is there's no way it takes 20 minutes to make one meaning what they were already making mistakes before my orderso I missed out on my food and I was late to work thank you so much White Castle for not giving me my food and causing me to be late to work this location is horrible if I could give you zero...
Read moreWe ordered and had it delivered , and we were totally disappointed because there was something in my grandsons cheese burger , he spit it out it was gross and I was horrified he's five years old , it looked like a small part of a scrub sponge , and these are small hamburgers how could they not see it , I felt trrrible for him so his dad went to McDonald's Donald's to replace this meal. And he still wouldn't eat it , , I'm livid i've called the restaurant three times and they don't answer the phone they have a message machine it's been three days for days they still haven't called me back about it I guess I'm calling the attorney general tomorrow it's bad enough it happened but the fact that they were Ignoring my phone calls and I told them exactly what happened that is just so bad, I guess I'll be posting a note on Facebook about this also just because they don't call me back that's that's a terrible part about it both the situation's are terrible would not recommend it any more we used to love it and I know things happen sometimes but the fact that they won't call me back...
