Culver's — Restaurant in Minot

Piss poor job in taking the order and making the order. I order with a pork tenderloin sandwich on sourdough bread cheese mayo ketchup and pickle when I got it and finally opened up my sandwich box it was just a pork tenderloin with cheese on it. I then looked at the Receipt it showed no bread. I immediately called to explain how horrible they got my order wrong and I was already 10 minutes away on the road for I ate my cheese curds first before grabbing my sandwich. I asked how does one screw up an order like that so badly. Why would I asked for no bun but yet want mayo ketchup and pickles on which they didn't put it on it or give me packets of mayo or ketchup it was just a slab of pork tenderloin. And instead of apologizing or owning up to the mistake she gave me attitude back and repeatedly said that most of all there costumers order hamburgers with no bun. She said this multiple times with an attitude. I immediately hung up since the best they would do for me is "mail" coupons instead of offering money back. Absolutely horrible pretty sure Craig Culver would not be impressed...

I really wanted to love this place... I got the spicy crispy chicken sandwich. It was rang up as the regular crispy chicken sandwich. Okay, no biggie, I ate the regular. The texture of the chicken was off. Almost like it was still slightly underdone. I'm not much of a complainer, so I ate it. Still not sick, so I guess I'm good. We chose the 'later' option for the custard, so when it finally came, mine looked like it was just a scoop of vanilla. I ordered the scoop of the day, which was caramel cashew. This time, I had to say something. I stopped a worker walking by and she was very friendly and quickly had them fix it. The new one was better, but they still skimped on the toppings. Very disappointed. Now, I will say, the bite of burger I had from my child's burger was very tasty and I'll probably stick to burgers from now on. Fries had a nice crispiness, which is hard to do on crinkle cut. Cheese curds tasted more like mini mozzarella sticks. I'll still return, because let's face it, not many options in Minot, but overall disappointed in my 1st...

There are three people who ate here and the order was messed up for everyone. The cheese burgers didn't have cheese, the fish dinners didn't have tartar sauce or butter for the roll. We did like the burger, it was really tasty. The shakes were delicious but by the time we got our meals the third one was almost melted since we had to wait so long. As you can see from the receipt with the amount of money we spent, there shouldn't be any mistakes with the meals. Then when I called the manager to let them know I got an answering machine where I left my number but they never called back. The one bright shinning point is the young man who brought out our food. Great customer service from him. I wish I had his name to give a compliment but the manager doesn't answer the phone or call back anyway so the kudos would go unanswered. I felt like they didn't care about the quality they put out as long as they got their money and shoveled the people through. I don't think we will go back. Too much money and too...
