Read moreMe and my husband came here the other day. We decided to go inside because we had tome to spare. While there my husband went to the bathroom and while he was gone I accidentally spilled coffee on myself. (Which is embarrassing enough) to make matters worse one of the baristas went up to the lady making coffee and said very loudly "oh my God that girl over there just spilled coffee all over herself." Than continue to laugh very loudly along with her co-workers except one person who took our order. Now let me mentiontl that I happen to be 7 months pregnant and my belly is quite big might I add. Not only did I burn myself but I couldn't move to clean it up myself because my baby moved into a position where if I would have gotten up at that moment my leg would have given out on me. The second my husband came out of the bathroom they stopped laughing and acted as if they did nothing wrong. My husband seen I was visibly upset and I told him I spilled coffee. He proceeded to the counter to ask for a wet rag and the lady who made a huge deal about me spilling coffee on myself gave him a rag acting as if she never did anything. When me and my husband made it out to the car I told him what happened and he called the manager. She proceeded to apologise for the way they treated me and offered us free drinks of we ever came back, as if free drinks could make up for humiliating me and making me feel absolutely horrible. When we decided to come back for our drinks the manager herself didn't come out to apologise or give us our drinks, instead the worker who did not participate in humiliating me was the one to apologise for all of his co-workers behavior and stated he remembered us and what happened and said that unfortunately not all his co-workers were proffessional about the way they acted towards customers. Needless to say we are never going back there and a free coffee cannot make up for treating anyone or humiliating someone the way they did. There is nothing anyone could do to make those actions right. I would hope that if this situation we're to happen to anyone else, pregnant or not they would offer to help that person and see if they were okay instead of making fun of them and making them feel horrible about an accidental spill. Me and my husband will never go to this...
Read moreWe got 2 drinks and 3 baked goods. I ordered a venti brown sugar oat shaken espresso. I asked for only 3 shots instead of 4 and light ice. This is the same drink I get almost daily. The girl at the counter was very nice and I had no problems with her. After I gave her my order she Asked if I just wanted it filled up with oat milk to make up for light ice and I said yes and she said no problem.
The girl making my drink was named Natalie I think. When I got my drink it was 3/4 full of ice. Not only was it not light ice but it was extra ice. On top of that the drink was not full, there was still 1.5-2 inches of space at the top. If I’m paying $7 for a drink it should at least be full and not 3/4 filled with ice. I politely told the girl making it that it was supposed to be light ice. She stared at me, gave me a dirty look, rolled her eyes, gave me attitude and muttered to herself. My husband and I were shocked at her behaviour. Then when I got the new drink she made there was only 2 shots of expresso in it and I watched her only pump 2 pumps of the syrup. She purposely made it wrong again out of spite. Completely petty and rude behaviour. At that point I didn’t feel like asking her again to make it as I was unsure how she would react and needed to get back on the road so we left. What makes it worse is that we were here a few days ago on Dec 21 and the same thing happened. Cup no where near full and like 3/4 full of ice but we were in such a hurry I didn’t notice till we were back on the road.
Going forward we will be sure to go to the other location and...
