Arby's — Restaurant in Miramar Beach

I really wish that I could have given this 5 stars however, I got the coldest bacon ranch chicken sandwich, or whatever it's called and fries as well. I specifically asked which french fries would I get hot, and I was told curly fries. Little did. I know they were sitting in the basket because they had been cooked probably 15 or 20 minutes prior and we're just left draining out the grease. The chicken sandwich that I got, it was basically two chicken tenders put on a bun with a ranch sauce, lettuce and tomatoes. The rest of the sandwich was put together fresh, neat and perfect. The two chicken tenders were ice cold as if they had been made hours earlier. I did not even take it back after having already returned the fries. I turned around and ordered the two for $5 classic roast beef sandwiches, I also asked would they be hot, and I was told that it would be warmed after it was cut. Unfortunately no. Both sandwiches were ice cold. I just took them home and warmed them up myself. Very disappointing. Store was clean as a whistle for the most part. Food unfortunately...

I wanted to take a moment to recognize one of your employees for their outstanding customer service. Alex at drive thru window. From the moment I ordered at intercom. He greeted me and took my order with such ease. I pulled up to the window where the gentleman greeted me with a genuine smile and a positive attitude that immediately made my experience enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make sure my order was accurate, fresh, and served quickly.

I loved the new menu they have, Diablo chicken sandwich however the reason for 4 stars was due to the sandwich being cold like it was prepared earlier and it wasn't warm. The spiciness of the Diablo chicken sandwich will make you cover in sweat and I loved it. I personally love spicy food and this was a challenge to me. I have eaten twice and I would go for more. I used to like the curly fries but now I don't like it from this place anymore because it's dried up and cold. They should really stop cooking/ frying them too early.
