Monkey Juice — Restaurant in Miramar Beach

The place looks good but service was not good at all. This past Sunday a lady who worked there provided horrible service. No how’s your day or nothing lady just says how can I help you then when I asked for a Açaí bowl she brought it back to me on a tray as if I was a pet or something. I never want to pull a race card but It sure felt like it. In my history of ordering a Açaí bowl I never got one on a tray just didn’t feel comfortable at all I will NEVER go there again and the cantaloup pieces looked old they had a jelly like film over it. She also gave me a fork. Anyone I know will hear about this experience I’m huge on customer service been in business for over 20 years the vibe she gave along with service was the worse and her mannerism she needs etiquette class. I just have to recommend this amazing and unique place! From the moment I walked in, you can feel the special atmosphere and the attention to detail. It’s clear that a lot of thought and care went into every aspect of opening this place.

The owner was there personally — full of smiles, checking in, asking questions, and genuinely making sure everything was perfect. That really meant a lot.

Go!! Don’t miss out on this place!! Not only are the drinks delicious and fun, the service is wonderful. It is family owned and I know they’d love the support. They are so sweet and friendly. We had the Virgin coco colada served in a pineapple (so fun!!!) and the Dubai Strawberry Chocolate cups (so delicious we didn’t get a pic before eating!)
