I have no clue as to how this restaurant has a 4.5 rating. We attempted last week to eat there, but the restaurant was closed at 12:30 on a Saturday even though yep reported as open. Decided to give it another chance, ordered this weekend the edamame was cold, and all the salt was placed in one corner. The sushi obviously hip was cooked three days before we obtained it. The rice was very, very dry the poke tuna.edamame was cold, and all the salt was placed in one corner. The sushi obviously hip was cooked three days before we obtained it. The rice was very, very dry. The poke tuna was just weird. Had some type of topping, which tasted like fried onions, very big, serving of beans of some type, carrots, and mixed salad. The poke tuna was just weird. Had some type of topping, which tasted like fried onions, very big, serving of beans of some type, carrots, and mixed salad was on the sideThe amount of dressing in which came with the entrée was very limited. The Japanese noodles was Wayover cooked. Sad to have to give this restaurant a poor review as we live very close, and would have loved to have sushi...

Staff in the bar are not approachable, they look like they’re starved, no energy to entertain costumer. We just asking to wash our hands instead sanitizer they suggest for us to go in the restroom which is outside the store. Why can’t offer from their kitchen or if they don’t want us to come in the kitchen, just used their common sense at least to give us a container. Sushi and tempura was good but the salad with it NAH! there’s after taste. Picture out the clothes thats wet for a long time smells like that. Edamame was SUPER DRY looks old that was...

The food was terrible… My wife had the poke bowl and the tuna didn’t seem fresh. Some pieces were discolored. I had the chicken fried rice and it was the most bland meal I’ve ever had. Honestly would rather have a meal in a hospital cafeteria. Imagine that you try to cook fried rice in your kitchen at home with no instruction and you’ve never had fried rice before.. that’s what you’re getting here. Also no table service… it’s a great location and the staff was nice but I overall just a big...

We got takeout here and enjoyed the footage of the streets of Japan. The sushi wasn’t my favorite—I ordered the spicy tuna roll ($16) which was quite rice-heavy (I flipped over some of the pieces in the photo to show the amount of tuna.) The rice didn’t taste like they added any vinegar, sugar, or salt to it. We also ordered the philly roll, which came unexpectedly covered in mayo and sauces. We placed our orders at 9 pm though, so it’s possible they were just running out of fresh ingredients then.

Lunch Break! Hali has some of the best steamed buns I think I have ever tried. The meat was crispy and had a delicious sauce. The teriyaki chicken either the veggies had a nice grilled texture which was very good as well! Sushi is always my fave and it did not disappoint. They had the cutest little squish mellows that were soft and adorable! Highly recommend these dishes and the place itself!

Late lunch and had the Japanese noodle combo , chicken, beef and shrimp. Enjoyed the flavor that I didn't need to add any soy sauce. This is a destination location because you have to walk across a bridge after going through an entry check point and park your car away from the all the restaurants and shops. Well worth the effort. I took a few bites before taking the picture.
