Cold Stone Creamery — Restaurant in Miramar

We were looking for a specific cake and other locations close to our house were out of stock. When I called this location they were very professional over the phone, once I found out they only had 1 cake in stock I requested if they could hold it for me. They were very kind and courteous and saved it for me.

Once I arrived the service provided over the phone was no different from how they took care of me inside the store.

Great cakes, great ice cream and great service.

Story Time! Yesterday at 11 AM, I went to pick up a birthday cake for my new boss. I went to open the door, and found it locked. I looked at the hours to find that they open at 12 PM. I'm assuming the look of sheer horror on my face is what made the (I assume) manager feel bad, and he graciously let me in and took care of my order. Thank you very much, Roy! This is one of the most expensive ice cream store in South Florida, their ice creams are honestly excellent, but, I went with my family and there was a staff of about 6 people, we asked for cones or bowls and they told me that there weren't any just because they didn't do it because we know what to do they do at the moment.
