My children really enjoy Pizza Hut's stuffed crust pizza, chicken wings, and lemon pepper fries. We haven't had a problem with this location until about a month ago. The past 3 times we have tried to order we did not receive our food. The first time, nobody even bothered to call and say they were cancelling our order. My children were waiting to eat for over an hour before I TRIED to call to ask about our order. When the phone rang, an employee picked it up and left it off the hook! We could hear them talking and moving around in the background. The second time we attempted to order (about a week or two after the first incident), we got a phone call from the manager on duty stating that they had no delivery drivers, and had to cancel our order. Tonight we made one final attempt to order. The tracker said that our order was being made. Well, lo and behold, I get a phone call from the manager on duty AGAIN stating that they had no delivery drivers. He informed me that he was cancelling my order. After I got off of the line with the manager this time, I attempted to call back to ask if I could pick up my order instead, and to ask for their corporate number. Again, an employee picked up the phone and left it sitting off the hook. Not once have they allowed me to change my order from delivery to pick up during their so called "driver shortage". Enough is enough. We will not be ordering from Pizza Hut again. They have lost loyal customers...
Read moreThis star is undeserved, "GM" Troy Hopper hung up on myself and an elderly resident multiple times. The driver claimed he left the residents $30 pizza at the front desk, ironically I work at the front desk and told the driver what apartment to deliver to. The driver walked down the hallway and came right back saying nothing to me. The resident who's on a fixed income came to me concerned that he not only didn't have dinner he also had been rudely treated by the manager. I called and explained what had happened he sharply told me "Mr Brian needs to order from somewhere else, the order is closed and there's nothing to be done!" When I went to take him off of speaker phone to try to have a rational conversation he hung up. I called back and the phone just rang for 3-5 minutes. I finally got through again and asked for the GM's name he hung up again. If you don't have the ability to handle tough situations you shouldn't be in any position of management let alone customer service. I hope someone higher than this person, can't call him a gentleman because he doesn't behave as such, realizes corrective actions need to be taken with him and the delivery person. Read moreWe called from our car right outside the store and was told our order would be ready in 15 minutes. We waited 20 minutes and then walked in to pick up our food. The entire store reeked of weed and the employees were in the back talking about vulgar things. Someone came to the front, we gave them the name and they said they didn’t see an order for us and asked if it could be under a different name. We said no and proceeded to tell her what we ordered and they still couldn’t find it. We went back to the car, called the same number we called before, verified on the phone we were in the right place even speaking to the same person as before and she claims she didn’t remember us calling. Maybe if the employees weren’t getting lit in the store they’d remember talking to customers and actually complete their orders. Needless to say, we’ll just be going elsewhere...
