3B Bagel Company LLC — Restaurant in Missoula

This is a generous 4 star. The pricing on the bagels and cream cheese is HIGH, homemade or not. When I got my blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese, it was a mess. There was no way to pick up the bagel half without getting cream cheese all over your hands. And one half the bagel tasted like onion. I'm guessing what ever surface they prepared the bagel on did not get wiped off beforehand. I had to throw the rest of it away it tasted so bad with that onion flavor. Also, your breakfast burritos taste really good, especially the Hunter. But, THEY NEED SAUCE! Salsa, Cholula, something. I know you have that bottle of Cholula at the front counter, but that does nothing for those of us that are on a short lunch break and running in to get the burrito that we called in and ordered ahead of time. Even Liquid Planet has little salsa packets that they offer. Your breakfast burritos are better than Liquid Planet and definitely better than Golden Yolk, so please come up with an option to add some sort of spicy sauce. I'm not the only one that has left a review...

First time going and probably last. Walked in and the line for customer and people picking up the food was messy. Then get up to the register and asked how the cashier’s day was going and no response. So I asked again to a reply of “fine what do you want” all quick and unhappy like. I then ordered three bagel sandwiches. Which on the last one was a custom make your own. Which was a bagel with egg, bacon and butter. The cashier then corrected me and said so just a sunrise supreme I said “sure just with no cheese and add butter. Then she almost charged me 3.00 for eggs because she didn’t realize the sunrise supreme already has eggs on it to which I had to correct her again. The entire experience with the front cashier was literally horrible her messing up our order, trying to charge extra, and being extremely rude the entire time. Food was decent but horrible presentation. One of my sandwiches was only half way wrapped in tinfoil and falling out of the wrap. The environment was good with chess and card games. From an original NYer who has been in Missoula for 15 years. Place is seriously odd. Chairs for seating too low at counter , but yet you order at counter ? This place is named 3b Bagels.. but your simple lightly toasted bagel with cream cheese order, goes to the back of a breakfast order line ? Ive never seen a bagel place that doesn't just have the bagels out front with toasters and spread so the front end staff can bang them out. But here it goes back to the kitchen ?? It took almost 10 minutes for my bagel after I ordered. It wasn't crowded. Then it comes to me.. flattest bagel I've ever seen, seems almost fried...my cream cheese was melted and soaked into the bagel, they literally toasted ( or put it on a grill ) AFTER they put the cream cheese on.
