This place was awful. I had to speak to four employees before I could actually get help. Then I went to go pick up my order, ask them where my drinks were, and the lady replied they hadn't been made yet and then walked away and started cutting oranges. Meanwhile the barista was stuck at the register and the line was forming behind me of about 10 people. The barista was overwhelmed, asked for help and the other employee ignored her. There was no communication between staff. When I asked if they could make my drinks, I was ignored. Finally the barista asked the other stuff member for help again she looked behind her shoulder and claimed that she didn't realize there were so many people waiting. But she knew I was waiting and ignored me. The barista was finally able to start making drinks for a line of people that had already paid.
Then the other staff member came over and started lecturing me on how and where to pick up my food the next time I came in. I already had my food and I was waiting for my drinks to be made and I had communicated that several times. Then the manager came over and asked what the problem was, I explained that no one was communicating with each other and the people were starting to get frustrated because they weren't getting help and I had been there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to start making my drinks, when the food was already cold and a line of about 10 people were helped ahead of me, when they were supposed to be behind me. I was first in line. Meanwhile, there are delivery drivers waiting for their orders and can't get help either. The manager took offense, started yelling at me, told me never to come back, and if I did, she would call the police on me. I explained all I was trying to do is get my food that I had already paid for and ordered. She got angry with me, followed me out to my car and started yelling across the restaurant inside and outside telling me never to come back as she followed me to my car. The manager did this! She was a female, dark skin, short hair, and wearing a hat and apron.
Extremely unprofessional staff that doesn't communicate and skips people in line and has no sense of priority. Yelling, mouthing off, threatening, and foul language.
I will never ever invite my family here or recommend this place...
Read moreMy daughter went in for a quick chai before heading to her band practice and the barista made four drinks for people behind her, answered the phone for five minutes and made food for another customer who was behind my daughter in line while my daughter sat patiently and waited. After 15 minutes I came inside to see what was happening and was told it was going to be a minute the barista hadnt even started the drink, after 15 minutes. All this for a simple chai before what is supposed to be a lovely day of preparation before a concert. We left and I dropped my daughter off at the concert hall and came back and was told by the barista I'm not going to argue with you then waited another 5 minutes before her refunding my money. Seriously poor service here and attitude and organizational skills, I'm so disappointed, we used to go here regularly and there was a nice gentleman who ran the restaurant, always smiling and happy and now it's turned in to this, the weirdest thing about it is there was what appeared to be a bunch of regulars there who were getting their drinks first with no regard for line order and they didnt seem to mind at all that a teenage girl dressed in a fancy dress for a concert was being treated so poorly. I frequent some of their other locations regularly and their food and drinks are some of the best in Missoula; however, I will not be coming to this location again as I was treated very rudely by their staff. Had the in-laws in town and made a larger than normal order via DoorDash (Sun 5/19 between 10-11am)— I figured they could use a break from taking orders on a busy Sunday morning, so I went the virtual route. Stopped in to let them know I was there, even though I was earlier than DD’s estimated pick-up time. WOW! I hate to leave a review like this because I’ve worked customer service at popular locations. I get it! But the girl at the counter was incredibly disrespectful to us for no reason. It made our morning so much more stressful than it needed to be. I had to apologize to my family on her behalf because it was that bad. Hope she finds a job that suits her better because this isn’t it.
