I managed a pizza and pasta restaurant in Colorado for years, never have I ever given any customer the service I received this evening. Your front of house has quite the script, they mention numerous times what location you call, but never do they mention that you have to wait in a drive thru that is first come first serve(after 9:30, that is). Even if that means the entity in front of you is just now ordering. What purpose is calling ahead if my order is automatically placed behind someone else. I would have sooner came and ordered it fresh, instead of waiting 20 minutes after my pick up time. Once the marinara has settled into the pasta, it becomes quite soggy and inedible. I’d rather go to Taco Bell and purchase products from a bag, then eat a product that has already deteriorated the outside of your cardboard carry out trays. You have a long way to go, and it’s been twenty years of being in the market. Even McDonald’s has better service then this business. This goes to show the level of quality Missoula has come to expect. This company is a joke, I’d sooner order from Pizza Hut and have explosive diarrhea, than order from these un-informed...
Read moreI love this restaurant first and foremost, i just have a few gripes I'd love to get some feedback with. 1. their delivery forces me to order from the brooks location. Which I understand why but their quality of food is just much less than the original hipstrip location. I'd gladly pay $10 more to just have it delivered from hipstrip. 2. Why would you call olive oil and garlic "white sauce"? Usually when I order a white sauce from anywhere else its an Alfredo like sauce, and when building my own $42 pizza I get a pizza that essentially has no sauce? I felt jipped ordering this. A great way to avoid this in the future is maybe calling a sauce with two ingredients by what it is. Olive oil and garlic and not a white sauce at all. I overtip the driver. I over tip the restaurant and just payed 42 dollars for a pizza that was built around the premise that I was going to have actual white sauce and now my dinner and wallet ruined.
Quality of food is better at hipstrip. Confusing item names end in frustration.

I have been going to Bridge pizza at the missoula location for years, being right next door to my work it’s been a favorite of all the employees here, but recently a lot of us are pretty dissatisfied with the customer service. It’s disheartening that one specific employee has consistently served us with horrible attitude. Mind you for merely asking to get our pick up order that we prepaid for - for a local event! When asked she stated “I’m not supposed to be hands on “they” told me not to help” And so I patiently waited because I could tell she was agitated, but at some point I had to speak up and ask another question but she quickly interjected with “pretend like I’m not here” glared at me and turned her back from me. I was completely baffled. The trainee who eventually helped me was incredibly kind and I was very appreciative of her for that. Unfortunately cannot continue to come here because of the unpleasant experiences with this...
