The tried to remove my review about their petty angry employees.

Went in to pick up and order ( July 22 @ roughly 9:45am) and was waiting in the pickup area for a few minutes when Jenna asked me if I was there for a delivery. I said yea. She replies “you’ll get it when you get it” rudely. There was no reason for this.

I asked her why she was being rude to me and she smirked and laughed. Two women sitting at the counters facing the window behind me then said “she’s been giving everyone attitude”.

I didn’t say anything further and watched Jenna slamming items and food falling on the floor. In the middle of the order she left the food on the counter and went over to another employee I’m assuming a manger and started complaining about being too busy.

When she finally finished the order I said “I’m sorry if you’re having a bad day, I wasn’t being rude to you” and she said “If you don’t like being a delivery driver, do something else”! I was blown away. I pickup roughly 10 orders a day here and I’ve always gotten excellent customer service and a friendly smile.

I used to buy coffee here every single day. I WILL NEVER RETURN, and will continue to tell everyone I know to go elsewhere.

Updated: Oh and the owner parks in the handicap spot, and NO the photo is not a year old. Look at the tags on the license plates. Still not convinced? Go look at her reply’s to negative reviews.. Super professional and full of accountability lol. Dont give your money to this Californian who clearly THINK’s she’s...

Its a fine spot if you have nothing but time, but even then they might forget to make your drink.

This morning was just especially frustrating, the barista was talking with someone and barely making coffees. There was only a handful of people in the store, it was before 8. She was the only one on the machine and I had been waiting for 10 minutes, holding my pastry to go, listening to her talk about where she grew up… I ended up telling her to cancel my drink order and left without a refund. Its one thing to wait because its busy, its another thing to wait because the customer service people are just hanging out having a chat taking there time.

Look. The coffee is good, the food is pretty good, but the service is a whole vibe. And if its not your vibe… then it is hard to want to go there. I have avoided it for months but it was the closest spot open before 8 (thats where I am at with it).

They have forgotten my drink, given me the wrong burrito, forgotten the sauces, taken so long to make the drink I have finished my breakfast.

And yes, this is all subjective. But honestly this morning was just the last straw.

And to the owner’s dismissive “fast and free” admonishment…. “Fast and free” like I wandered into your break room, not a café I paid to be in. I didn’t come in expecting perfection—I came in expecting a drink I paid for, made in a reasonable...

Owner likes to park in the handicap space, regardless of how many times she's called out on it, and throws a fit when you point out how rude this is of her. Gets loud and tells you stop addressing her as a woman. See attached photo... I spoke to her politely about this once, she apologized, but then the next time I was there she was doing it again. You can't push the "inclusive" hipster narrative and then park where it's very inconvenient for people with disabilities to navigate parking. The other tenants of the building have to deal with her parking choice as well.

The Wi-Fi is weirdly limiting, I've tried to work from here on several occasions and it works well, but only for certain things....They have some sort of firewall going on here that keeps it from being dependable for remote working. Coffee is really good, not sure about the food. Definitely a rich hipster wanna-be woke vibe here, little Seattle.

On a positive note, the coffee is fantastic. I'm not sure about the food. I went here regularly for a while, but won't go back after seeing the entitled actions of the owner, and her attitude when I tried to politely explain how her parking there really makes it difficult for some people. I gave the gift card she gave me as an apology, to some vagrant wandering on Broadway...

Clyde’s new location is so cute and modern, with lots of natural light, plenty of space, and seating inside and out. The staff were all wearing masks which I appreciate: it’s important to keep the community safe. Today is the grand opening and they were packed with people, yet still on top of their service game. Food is made quickly and effectively behind the counter. I only ordered a cappuccino and despite there being about 10 people in front of me when I first got in line my drink came out within 3 minutes of my order! It’s the best cappuccino I’ve had in Missoula to date. I can’t wait to go back and order food. They roast their own coffee and you can see the roasting room through a glass window. They also sell the cutest bags of their roasts. Congratulations on the new space!

First I’ll start with the sour dough bread they use for the avocado toast. It is made in the freshest kitchen in Heaven and delivered to the shop by the most beautiful bread angels. The bread is seriously out of this world. Second, the coffee. Don’t get me started on the coffee!! I’m sure the coffee is grown and roasted by coffee elves deep in the mountains of Montana. I’m ready to replace my blood with their coffee. This place deserves 5 stars and anyone that rated it differently, obviously has no taste buds and probably thinks warm tap water is spicy. Staff? They are the freaking best! Keep doing what you’re doing and I will keep visiting!
