Someone needs to figure out how to rate a service with less than one star! This review is based off two visits to this location, both of which were bad experiences due to receiving the wrong order or a messed up order.
The most recent experience at this location was actually a few minutes ago and it was an order I placed at the drive-thru. I ordered two double quarter pounders and the special instructions were these: no cheese, no onions, with mayo only for the sauce, and finally, add lettuce and tomatoes. Simple enough right?
I got the burgers and I opened them up obviously to check them before I went home especially since the previous time they decided to give me whatever they wanted instead of what I ordered. Both hamburgers had cheese so I parked, walked inside, and got with the manager so they could remake them.
I got my burgers back and I again checked them while still standing there at the counter this time and, guess what!? They had ketchup on it and I only wanted mayo so they returned them to get them fixed again for the second time!
I got my burgers back and this time they just made stuff up just to see if they could get it right by doing so and they removed the pickles. I was livid at this point and I asked the manager why they decided to make the burgers this time without pickles and she told me she could fix them. I told her, "No I'll take them even though they're not right, but I'm never coming back."
I think one of the problems is they don't speak English very well. Why would you hire an employee in the U.S. that doesn't speak English very well?

I'm adding to this review because I wanted to give them another try since I posted this review.
On October 1, 2023 I gave this location another try and they have not improved one bit so now I know those two previous times were not flukes. I ordered a double meat Big Mac without onions, without cheese, and I wanted only mayo for the sauce, and add tomatoes. Simple right!?
When I received my meal, the first thing I noticed was that it had cheese on it so I took it back without looking at the burger in more detail.
When they gave me a new burger, it had onions on it so I took it back once again.
I got a third burger and I noticed it didn't have tomatoes so I took it back again, but when I was showing the manager the burger and how it didn't have tomatoes on it, I finally saw a slice of tomato in there, but I had to really look in order to find it. The slice looked so tiny, I missed it the first time and almost missed it as I was showing the manager. The slice looked like it came from a cherry tomato rather than a regular tomato.
Once I finally sat down to eat, my fries had cooled down and tasted horrible! This restaurant is trash!!!!

Where is the Mgmt, Ownership, Regional Corporate Manager to dig this place out from service failure. 4/24/25 approx. 12:30pm I pull up to the outer drive thru order board as a car was ahead of me in Lane 1. They order. The next car orders. A 3rd car orders in lane 1. Then they start taking an order from the next lane 1 car when I pull away & up to the window. Short Hispanic girl asks if I ordered............? Nope. Tried to order and left sitting there for 5 minutes as she helped other cars in lane 1. Asked if Lane 2 was not open or broken. NO. No apology after explaining and asking if I'm doing something wrong. I ask for the manager. She just wants to know what I want. I repeat I want a manger to speak with and I want nothing now to eat & going to go to Chic-Fil-A across the street where they provide excellent service after I speak to the manager. Then she ducks away out of the window area to hide herself. I call the McDonalds location 5 minutes later from Canes where the line was much shorter than Chic-fil-A and ask for the manager. Guy says what do you need? I said are you the manager. He say yes. I asked if I could have his name so I know who I am dealing with. He says what is it you're calling about. Rude Tone. I advised I had a bad experience moments ago. Are you the manager? Says yes. I repeatedly request his name and he refuses to state his name as the supposed manager and then hangs up. Nextdoor Neighbor website has chewed this location up with negative comments and want to let all know this location 10 years ago was executing excellent on all aspects of service. Read moreThis place has gone down tremendously. Not sure what's going on but the service is horrible and the managers are terrible. The drive thru line took about 20 mins but my kids and I were patient so we waited. When I got to the window to pay, the girl didn't even greet us. She just stood there and took our money. Then I drove forward and proceeded to get my food. That guy wasn't friendly either. After I drove off, I realized that they forgot my drink. So I pulled in and tried to go inside. The doors were locked because the dining area was closed so I knocked on the glass to get the attention of a staff member. I told the lady that they forgot my drink and she said to get back in line. I told her that we had been in the drive thru line for 30 and minutes now and that I just needed to get my drinks. I then noticed 2 of the managers. I motioned to them that I was missing my drinks and rather than coming to the door to hear me out, one of them yelled at me and said to get in the drive thru line. The other one never made eye contact though he clearly heard me but continued to ignore me. At that moment, the last customer that was dining inn was walking out so I grabbed the door and went inside. I asked to speak to the manager that yelled at me and he refused to come out from behind the kitchen. The other guy that was also dressed in the managers uniform was useless to the entire ordeal.
