As a past employee of this particular location, it saddens me to leave this review. Ever since COVID, I feel as if this location has gradually gone from a family staple, to a spot we gamble on whether or not we will receive quality service as well as quality food. Often times when we visit(drive thru), the extra sauces we pay for - are missing. When we order extra crispy all-around(fries&chicken), it's either not done so, or it's done so for too long. There's no in between. Personally, I hate when the breading gets soggy and peels away from the chicken, that's why I prefer the extra crispy. This is not even mentioning the quality of the chicken itself - small. When I was employed the policy was not to serve a chicken finger smaller than the palm of our hands... I guess that is an outdated policy, because I have definitely received chicken fingers smaller than my palm, and frequently. There have also been multiple occasions where we have gotten food poisoning from this location, in the last three - four months. I truly am saddened to leave such a negative review and to choose to no longer be a loyal customer because of the lack of quality food, especially considering the price increase. I hope if I ever choose to give them another try, that I am not disappointed, and can retract some of the statements from this review. Until then, do...
Read moreAmber, the Raising Cane’s General Manager at 3833 FM 1092 Road in Missouri City, is the MVP of this location. Amber is aided by some amazing all star managers such as Oiythip (OP) and Bayley and an outstanding and friendly supporting crew that provide excellent customer service. Raising Cane’s is my favorite restaurant and their chicken fingers are certainly a step above their competition. Cane’s chicken fingers are delicious, crispy but yet still tender and juicy. I personally like the chicken fingers by themselves but the Cane’s sauce does add an extra spicy flavor. Some customers comment that they don’t understand why Cane’s has such a limited menu. Raising Cane’s is different from some restaurants that offer a menu with a huge variety but the food is mediocre or just average. Raising Cane’s is a specialty restaurant that specializes in chicken fingers. Cane’s has been making the best chicken fingers in the business for the past 25 years and they recently celebrated their 25th year with a plush puppy. When you’re ready for your next meal head on down to Raising Cane’s at 3833 FM 1092 Road in Missouri City and Amber and her amazing crew will be there to assist you by providing outstanding service and serve you a delicious chicken fingers meal “worth writing...
Read moreIve been passing by Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers for about the past 6 months. Today I decided to stop in to try the menu and give a review. I went in on a Saturday afternoon and found the establishment moderately busy, the restaurant layout and floor plan was open and spacious. It is self seating and they have decent sized booths available for larger parties (or people who like to have a table for 8 all to themselves).
The menu seemed to be lacking a bit on variety, they offered only 4 combos, and around 10 ala carte type items.
Service was promp. I had a party of 3 and we waited 11 minutes for our order. Yes, I timed it. Lol Pretty good though for Saturday at 12:00 PM.
The food was good for the category and price. Chicken was tender and juicy, the fries were crisp and seasoned well.
Did I have an extraordinary encounter ? No. I had the average get your food, eat and leave type of experience, and that was exactly what I was looking for at that moment. So my needs were met, food was good, and yes I will go back again.
One thing I do appreciate however is Raising Canes business model, and their commitment to social responsibility. I read up on the business while I was eating. If I can, I like to know who's pockets I'm putting...
