The gentleman at the drive thru window , tall figure, named Alika (spelling error ? I went back through the drive thru to ask the lady on speaker his name, she said his name is Alika, hopefully that’s correct)
Blew us away
There was a mistake on a drink We ordered them with no ice I believe mistake was on my side now that I think about it he immediately corrected the drinks I was drinking asking under my breath when I asked my Wife if she wants ranch or ketchup
She said no,
As he’s handing our food he says “you asked for ketchup and ranch right?” And already had them in the bag
Also this was the fastest rate of service drive thru we have ever received of our years of going to white castles around the country

Read moreWell well well it's been OVER 17 days since I received my disgusting 10 pack of cheeseburgers from this terrible excuse for a restaurant chain. The daytime female manager here was NO HELP AT ALL. She told me she would send me some coupons but of course NOTHING. The general manager called me on the 7th of this month and I was sleep. She left a message saying she would be gone by 4pm. I woke up at 6,so I called her back on the 10th,11th and 12th left messages all 3 times. NOTHING no call backs,no email no NOTHING. I called corporate AGAIN and some minion with a bad attitude was less helpful than the manager and general manager. I asked for her Supervisor. The supervisor was respectful and said she was sorry for EVERYTHING that has happened and that she would do EVERYTHING she could to speed up the process. 17 DAYS wow. Now it's at a point where I want my money back or I will continue to drag these mfs through the mud every chance I get. Next up is Yelp,Instagram and Facebook. GIVE ME MY MONEY. When the cashier finally slid on the headset, she blasted, “Rewards member?” I said no and asked for a moment to decide. When I politely informed her I was ready, she snapped back, “Well, I’ve been waiting on you!” in a tone so dripping with disdain it could curdle milk.
By then, I’d lost my appetite. I told her I’d rather leave than tolerate that attitude—only to be told, “You do that!” as if dismissing a paying customer is a badge of honor.
