my food sat on a shelf for an hour during the "quality check" I live 1 mile away so it took 2 hours for a medium pizza that I had to order online while standing in the store to show up.. only after I called the store 3 times no answer and making a return trip to find out the driver " just " left with it. food was cold when it got here. I wasnt offered a new pizza or a refund of the other items I ordered.
Update 6-29-24. Placed an order online and then called the store to make sure they put forks and napkins in the bag this time . Manager on duty said he would make sure someone else took care of it.. surprise surprise no forks to eat with, when I called back they said they couldn't do anything about it. I tipped the driver 10 bucks for food I could eat. Even mentioned to him that I called about untensils and he said they should be in the bag. Every time I order here it's a nightmare. Imos is across the street so I guess they will get all the bad blood buisness from this terrible place. Do not order here if you want to get what you ask for. " Nothing I can do " is not an answer for not doing anything to begin with. Fire the management guy is worthless. He could have just put the stuff there instead of delegating the responsibility to someone. Hopefully my calls were recorded as they mentioned for someone who knows how to run a business to hear.
Edit. Next day brought the food back for a refund was told they wouldn't helpe and if I didn't leave there would call the police.. no refund was offered of my money " that's impossible" I get told. Still have food I can't eat... This. Company is crap call anyone else or going hungry is even better.. thank garbage employees for making sure you don't get any more business this store will fail one way or another. Let's see what corporate has to say next.. I'll be back.....
Read moreI ordered pizza and bacon cheese tots from this location Sunday night. The tracker showed they were prepping the order at 7:00 PM. The order was delivered at 8:43 PM. The pizza was the wrong size and did not have the toppings that I paid extra for. The crust was so dry it was brittle and completely inedible. It literally crunched like eating celery. The tots were covered with bacon that was so burned it was black and the cheese was burned and melted the entire order into one large burnt tater tot. It was also inedible. I responded to a Domino's quality inquiry within minutes of receiving the order and received an email apology from them. Called to speak to the manager and request a refund the following morning. She is sorry and referred me to the corporate Domino's site. They responded saying they are sorry, they are short staffed and trying to recruit new staff. Sorry but no refund because they claim it was not reported to them within 16 hours. So in spite of having an email response from Domino's that was submitted to and responded to by Domino's within minutes of receiving burnt inedible food that went directly into the garbage, they claim it wasn't within their required time frame. Save your self time and aggravation. Choose some other place to buy your pizza. There are many places that are managing to deliver good quality food in a reasonable time frame and actually stand behind their products.
Since writing this review, corporate customer service has reconsidered refunding my money. I am currently waiting to see if the funds are...
Read moreSuch poor service. I want a refund. My wife just gave birth two days ago and hasn't been too hungry lately but she was really craving pizza and cinnamon twists. So the website messed up and payment didn't go thru so she tried again and it somehow didn't leave the tip she had submitted. Mind you we are very generous as we know how it can be as customer service. Next, we have a two day old baby that has been feeding every hour and had just fell asleep so we selected no contact delivery so there wouldn't be any interruption in his sleep. When he arrived he proceeded to bang excessively loud on the door over and over. He then crumpled up our receipt and threw it on the ground at our door and then walked our food down the hall and set it on the opposite side of the hallway out of spite clearly. So my wife is bawling and ended up calling the store up. The manager was put on the phone and ended up telling the driver he should apologize and he said that he refused and we should have tipped. At that point the manager said that he agreed with him and also said we probably should have tipped. She feels terrible about not tipping. But honestly the audacity of both the manager and the driver make me never wanna eat here again. Noone has touched the food because after this most ridiculous encounter with their employees we don't feel that they haven't messed with the food. I'd really like a refund. It would be the least dominos could do to try and make up for this. I mean no one will touch this food. This completely ruined all of our night with such childish pettiness....
