Arby's — Restaurant in Mitchell

Okay may i just start off by saying NEVER go here. Terrible service. I do admit my friend and I did go here close to closing time, but there was still another party finishing their food, regardless they shouldn't have at the attitude. My friend and I traveled here for a college visit and it was right by our hotel, like right in the parking lot, so we decided to walk over there because we got hungry. We got there and we ordered some chicken, fries, and my friend ordered the mint milkshake and i ordered a chocolate shake. A manager handed my friend her shake, and then after handing me my shakes he said very snarky "NO MORE SHAKES!!" oh and sidebar there were still cars in the drive thru. So my friend and I went back to the hotel after stopping at the gas station by our hotel (Which on a side note we should have just gotten our food there, polite management and better food). Any who, 10 o clock rolls around and my friend is throwing up this milkshake. Now we know it's the milkshake because that was the only thing she had ate or drank in the past 4 hours. We spent a whole night with her vomiting this milkshake and didn't get much sleep before we had to wake up at 8 am for a college visit. Both her mom and I new it wasn't the stomach flu either because if it was her mom or I would have gotten it as well on the trip as we traveled to water town and stayed a night there the day after, and she had slept in the same bed as me before she started throwing up. Then her mom called to complain and the workers or manager had no sympathy for her at all, No sorry, No asking if she was okay, no refund no nothing. We ate at the Mitchell South Dakota Arby’s last night while driving through the state. The young man who seemed to be running the place was awesome. He took our order, made sure the cook built it as we asked and he bagged everything up too! While running and refilling the fryer and helping at the drive through. Our special order was perfect. I wish I got his name. This was around 8pm Saturday June 29th, 2019. If I had a business in this town I would try and hire him. We just traveled over 4000 miles in the last couple weeks and this young man was the best server we had. This store is lucky to have him working for them. Thanks for the great effort. Myself and two others stopped for food on the 25th I ordered my food and my husband's food then my friends ordered. They told my friend right away they didn't have roast beef for his meal so they got him to switch but didn't say a word to me for about 20 minutes so I figured they had enough for mine and then ran out. Nope I was wrong they didn't have enough for mine but yet had sent out atleast 6 or 7 drive thru orders which came in after mine. Be upfront with your customers Arby's don't wait 20 minutes then tell your customers you are out of roast beef but yet 6 or 7 drive thrus went out of which multiple of them had roast beef sandwiches as I watched them bag the orders...
