Five Guys — Restaurant in Mobile

Burgers were good, fries were good, but…. Sweat tea wasn’t sweetened, soda was flat. Two of the employees in the back seemed like they wanted to care and do a good job, but the woman at the register was doing a great job at confusing the rest of the crew and argumentative with those other two in the back. Online order placed for 3 cheeseburgers and large fries. Order arrives and only had 2 cheeseburgers. The local restaurant could not process refund and we had to go through corporate customer service. BUT, the uncaring attitude that this store didnt even get the order right... do not online order from this location as quite frankly they don't care if you got what you wanted or not... its not their problem apparently. Well my wallet is now closed permanently to Five guys and their $12.00...

Staff was very non interested in fulfilling their prescribed duties. In defense of the person who took my order, he appeared to be a new employee, but the female employee was the basis of my rating. It was almost an attitude that she was doing me a favor to open the register so the new guy could take my order. I suggest that if you're gonna eat here, make sure you check your order for accuracy.
