Subject: Disrespectful Customer Service Experience ā July 4th at 1:26 PM
On July 4th at approximately 1:26 PM, I visited your store to place a food order. One of my combos was missing fries. When I returned to address the issue, I encountered poor customer service from one of your cooksāa Black female employee wearing black shades.
Instead of resolving the matter calmly, she insisted that fries were not included with that combo, even though it was the same price as the others that did include fries. She then aggressively repeated, āGive them the fries,ā in a tone that felt dismissive and unprofessional.
As a paying customer, I found this behavior to be both disrespectful and unnecessary. The experience left a negative impression, and as a result, I do not plan to return to this location.

Ā Ā Ā Read moreI wasn't pleased. Before I continue to review I have to say the food tasted good. However what they offer is not a Philly Cheese Steak. Welp, not what I'm used to. It had American cheese... white cheese, lettuce, tomato, mayo, pickles... not the typical make. I felt no need for pic. Now others may enjoy this type of Cheese Steak... I can't call it "Philly" for its not. Again the taste was ok.. seasoned well. The sandwich tasted like a chopped burger to me.
A authentic Philly Cheese Steak is, thin steak meat w onions and peppers, (some places up north add mushrooms), melted, creamy yellow cheese, .. you may add ketchup. Anyway, I will not be eating here again, idk what made me think it would be what I'm use to from NJ... what I got in NYC and the authentic place in Philly.

However, for the past few months, any time Iāve went theyāve forgotten to make my order, not give me what I asked for, etc. I try to be patient and remember it is a minimum wage job in the mall & most of the employees are teenagers, but when Iām on a 30 minute break and my order was supposed to be ready when I got there- only to be known 15 minutes after what my app said pick up time would be.. that they forgot my order, or what not... it gets very frustrating after so many times. Especially when I just sat here waiting and watch the employees have field day & talk awful. Not a good look. Definitely will just be cutting Charleys out...
