Pei Wei Asian Express — Restaurant in Mobile

I usually go here, but never again. There are alot of kids that work here now that don't have an earthly clue on what's what. I witnessed customers coming back in with messed up orders and they put it aside and then throw it back in the bowl to serve others.🤢My order was wrong 😕 They try to convince me that it's a new recipe. Nope. I was offered a drink. Which the OWNER got livid and threw it away after a few sips. It was watered down btw. He was so upset that he toss all of my food back in the bowl after I had eaten a few pieces out of it. It happened so fast and he was yelling next time get a sample because its expensive. I understand that, but if the order is correct like I USED to get there it wouldn't be a problem. Bad experience Inexperienced staff. I visited this place in the mall on 9/6. To my surprise, I saw a young lady with her hair in a pony tale with blond high-lights chewing her nails, running nose, and some type of open blistering sore on her lips standing near the cash register. She was about to cash me out but I couldn't dare allow her to handle my payment and my food. Moreover, the other worker that I personally requested finished my transaction and told me she understood my concern. Minutes later I saw the Asian tall manager sit at a table but didn't seem concerned with his worker's appearance. If the young lady had a conditioned with the runny nose, he should have just allowed her to sweep the floors or wipe down the counters but not handle the customer's food or payments. It was...

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The disgusting mess in the photo is supposed to be Kung Pao Chicken. The darkest pieces apparently used to be sugar peas before they were incinerated. Couldn't even chew them. The chicken was nearly as badly overcooked, apparently to hide the fact that it is the quality of what you'd find in the chicken nuggets at any fine gas station in the middle of nowhere. The store (I refuse to call it a restaurant) is about 2 miles from my hotel. From the time I ordered until the dasher left the restaurant was over 40 minutes. Explains why everything was cooked to death. I could see on the map the dasher was at the store for about a half hour waiting for the order. This place is gross! DO NOT ORDER...
