Firehouse Subs Tillman's Corner — Restaurant in Mobile

Ordered two large subs and two kids meals. Chose apple juice as it was an option on the app. I received my food, nobody mentioned anything about the drinks. Realized both rice krispies, both drinks, and an entire sub were missing from my order. Oh well I'll just get a refund right? Nope, manager claimed he didn't know "individual price points" therefore he could offer no solution. Informed me they actually don't have apple juice. We'll why didn't you put two cups with my bag? I contacted customer service and they said they could not issue refunds, it's up to the store manager or owner. The manager lied to me, did not know prices or just used willful incompetence. All in all that was a terrible experience, enough to make me never go back. Thanks for ruining one of my favorite fast...

I usually order online and have it delivered.. Each time I do that, the food is absolutely amazing...mouthwatering wanna eat it all at one time. Anyway when running errands yesterday we decided to stop in and order food to go .when we walked in we were greeted but no feelings in the the greeting And I could tell by the employees attitudes that they just didn't care...but still we stayed got our food..on the way home my boyfriend said it's crazy how you can't smell the food..I agreed.....got home opened my sandwich took a big ol bite and it was jst YUK..EMOLOYEES ATTITUDES AROUND 7 LAST NIGHT NEED TO CHANGE..FOOD LAST NIGHT ROUND 7 WAS YUK..Make the food with love cause it def wasn't worth the $30 we paid for 2...

I ordered 2 meatball subs. They have a male employee with long hair on the top and it's shaved on the sides. He stood in the middle of where food is prepared and proceeded to brush his hands through his hair (the long part) for at least 2 mins. Literally brushing and pulling on his hair. I was bothered by the gesture. I was really bothered when he moved over to where the meatballs were uncovered doing the same thing. My food was already made at this time. I proceeded to say something, he heard me and quickly put his hat back on. Even if the food is covered, he should have did that in a different area. That's nasty. If he is sweating he should go to the bathroom, do whatever he needs to do, and...
