McDonald's — Restaurant in Mobile

Where to begin? On one occasion I went to pick up a cheeseburger kids meal for my child so he could have it for after school. Pick it up & checked the box before driving off & all items were in the box but lo & behold get all the way to my son's school & he us all excited about getting a happy meal only to bite down into the burger that has everything on it except for the meat! Called the store to explain what had happened to the manager & she didn't care, only ssid to go back & they would give me a new one so I had to waste time & gas to drive back for one cheeseburger. Second occasion, a worker taking my order was completely zoned out the entire time & couldn't seem to comprehend anything at all I was telling her & then couldn't count my change out to give back to me. Third time my family was in the store & the manager that night was cussing in front of all the customers walking around complaining about how dirty the store was bit said that it was below his pay grade to clean it up & didn't send any other employee to do it...& yes the floor & most tables were nasty. That same night another employee was buying drugs in the mens bathroom. He & his dealer weren't really trying to hide it either. Probably thinking they were being discreet but too dumb to realize that they totally weren't. I would steer clear of this one. The cottagehill location is better...at least the drive...

I don't know if this restaurant is going strictly to outside or kiosk orders, but if so they need to let customers know. On Saturday I went to this restaurant and while it was steady busy, it was not packed. I waited for a cashier to take my order and no one ever came, I repeat it was NOT so busy that someone could have not taken my order. I finally went to the kiosk and ordered and the person who walked in behind me got their order taken by a person. It took quite a little while to get my order, it wasn't brought to the table and when I did get my order I didn't see our drinks, finally the cashier asked if I wanted my drinks, I said, "Yes." If I order something I want it, but I didn't say that. There was hardly any ice in the drinks. The food was good and hot. So just before we left some more customers walked in and they were directed to the kiosk, I could tell that they wanted to give the cashier their order, but no they were told to go to the kiosk, again, it was steady but not so busy that someone couldn't have taken their order. The customers walked out and the employee said, "F U!" as they walked out. We left at the point, because I didn't know what else might happen. I will never go back to this...

This occurred on September 13, 2017 - 1st - The right hand side of the drive-thru line was the ONLY side at 7:22am moving. 2nd, At around 8:10am is when my order was taken and around 8:25 I was asked to "pull up" because they where "cooking" my food. At 8:30 I received my food. Because I work close by, at 8:33am I found that my bagel contained an extra piece of SOMETHING in it. I immediately became sick, I called to inform this McDonald's and was told "I will make it again for you just ask for me" - First off when I TOLD the person on the phone "I found paper like material stuffed in my sandwich, I was told "OH that's meat tray paper" - THIS is never EVER okay. Packaging contains materials that can migrate into foods. - The paper that was left on this sandwich still contained contamination and bacteria causing illness not only because it was "stuck" to the paper, but the PAPER absorbs bacteria. Thus leading to an extremely horrible ending for me on the day this was consumed. Replacing the food with remade fresh food is not going to fix the damage that was cause. - Also just to be made aware - JIM BARNS does NOT own this location and will...
