I had my first ever visit to MOD Pizza and I enjoyed it. Upon walking in it was very well laid out and spacious. There's a large menu posted on the wall so you don't have to worry about what's all offered because the combinations are all there. I ordered the jasper pizza and replaced the spicy chicken with regular chicken. I also added pineapples(debatable arguement about whether this goes on pizza) to only half the pizza and some spinach. That being said I like that you can customize any of the offered options or customize your whole pizza. The ingredients were all very fresh and tasted great. You get a good size pizza for what you pay for (enough for 2) which is great. There's plenty of space to eat inside if needed. My pizza tasted great. I would rate it 4 out of 5. I took off 1 star for the following reason: the pizza crust had a bitter burnt taste on the bottom of certain parts of the crust. I'm sure this is from where they broil the pizza but I'd rather have my pizza without that taste on any of it. Not sure if cleaning the broiler would help but just something to keep in mind. I've only been once so not sure if that is the norm with all their pizzas. I did get a side of spicy honey in a cup with my pizza. I sampled a drop and it was extremely spicy so keep that in mind if you're thinking about that option. Glad I got it on the side and not on my pizza. Overall a pleasant experience with good food and very nice staff. I will be visiting MOD again.

You gotta double up and ask for more of each ingredient as they make it or you will not get enough in ya. Also ask for twice baked. Discontinued kalamata olives 😖 A year ago: Excellent build-your-own salad. Love decor. Patio w/fantastic panoramic sky view. Ordered online, salad & friend had a b-y-o pizza, which means you skip line, pick up from far end of L-shaped counter, a glass-encased prep area, not ADA compliant. Had to shout over the little enclosure. Then the guy forgot the cups, so had to ask. No receipt. Saw about four parties waiting for orders they made in store. Companion loved her veggie pizza, noted the ample amount of pesto on top. My salad had plenty of artichoke hearts layered in, not just a handful plopped on top. Not enough sweet potatoes, shrooms or olives, however. While we were eating, two guys walk out with about a dozen pizzas, so that was probably the deal on the hold up frenzy.

Good pricing loved the atmosphere when I went to pick up and im always does with a place that offers dill pickle as a topping. Here are the downfalls for me the cauliflower crust is better than expected but don't be fooled it is not keto friendly at all. It may be good for those with bread allergies though im not sure of all the ingredients added. I am personally really picky about my pizza and the sauce from its taste to the ratio to bread and cheese. They had the ratio right but I don't like the red sauce it has a very strong sweet taste. Hubby had a different pizza same red sauce. He didn't really enjoy it either. We typically save leftover pizza and eat on it. These we tossed. They do have other sauce options and tons of customization options so they may have something that is great I just haven't experienced yet! I would for sure say give then a try though because you may love what you order

I enjoyed this place when they first opened; but after my visit yesterday, it became apparent that the shiny newness has worn off and they have found themselves as just any other restaurant whose dedication to customer service, speed, preparation, and professionalism have fallen by the wayside. I entered yesterday to order lunch. Only one girl was working the front line taking orders whereas there were two other gentleman and two other women roaming around in the back and behind the counter. None of the other employees working took the initiative to offer to assist the girl who was taking orders to help wait on customers at the counter to speed up the process and be more efficient. Instead they made the customers have to wait numerous minutes before being helped. One of the ladies with long black hair I had seen in the restaurant numerous times (the manager perhaps?) and she was just standing behind the counter texting on her cell phone and never acknowledged me. When the girl who was taking orders was finished ringing up the customers in line ahead of me and was finally able to take my order, I had been standing there a good 10 minutes having only been spoken to and acknowledged by her, no other employee. She did everything she could to work fast, but was hindered by the lack of preparation on the front line. I placed an order for a MOD size pizza. She went to reach for the dough and there was none left at the front to grab easily. She called out to the gentleman working to assist her by grabbing some for her, but no one responded. She had to go to the back to fetch it herself. This made my experience of ordering take way longer than it should have. Then when I began picking the ingredients for my pizza, several items were empty and not available such as cilantro, the red peppers, etc. These items had not been replenished. And when I finally paid for my order and went to grab my drink, there was not any unsweet tea. The tub was completely empty. The young lady who waited on me was helpful and did the best she could with the tools she had been given, but it was apparent management is no longer concerned with making and maintaining a good impression. The pizza I did have was tasty, but was missing a couple of toppings I had been looking forward to having. I am not sure if I would try MOD Pizzs again. I really do hope they get their act back together because we do need this kind of restaurant in our area and would love for them to...

I guess if you’re a young single mom you don’t receive the same treatment as the other reviews on here. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted. The young lady who made my salad was awesome! And the pizza was great. But I was overcharged. I was charged twice for the salad. The girl ringing me up was obviously new because she had ask her coworker how to charge me. When she said 24.84 and handed me a receipt to sign I said can I see the itemized receipt. I said yeah you charged me twice for the salad she says hold on. Walks over to a man with a black( cowboy type) hat on & tells him what happened, he walks away from her rolling his eyes. I’m standing right there in front of the counter when he does this and he says nothing to me instead goes to his manager (who is in the back smoking), with his gloves still on opens the door and walks back behind the counter continues to make food. The manager walks to the checkout counter and sand says he has to give me cash back. Well I said if you run a refund through the computer you should get the exact amount I should get back with the taxes included. He said he didn’t have a refund receipt. I said ok fine I just won’t come back. He says “ok”. Then they wanted me to sign the receipt that I was overcharged on. I said I’m sorry I’m...
