Rock N Roll Sushi — Restaurant in Mobile

Food was delicious as always! The service however was AWFUL! I called in my order which was a Hart Roll and Ginger salad around 12:50 pm and I was told there would be a 15-20 minute wait. I had no problem with this because I was very much aware that it was during the lunch rush. I walked in at approximately 1:15pm and I was greeted by the chef. I informed her that had a call in order and she informed the waitress who then said she would be right with me. The chef continued to prepare rolls for a table and the waitress proceeded to serve them while my order sat on the counter the ENTIRE time I was inside of the restaurant. Once the waitress FINALLY came to take my money and bag my food, she heard me tell someone on MY phone that my food had been sitting in front of me the entire time and then proceeded to tell the chef "I hate when people complain!". I reminded her that my food was ready prior to me walking in and that she walked past me SEVERAL times while I waited patiently for more than 5 min. I am a HUGE fan of Rock N Roll Sushi and eat it all the time. We ordered tonight from the Pinebrook location in Mobile. Upon ordering we had a door dash gift card to use and when going to check out it immediately charged my stored debit card number instead of using the gift card number. Knowing this was a glitch within the Doordash company, I knew it wasn't R&R fault so I immediately called the actual restaurant to let them know and the number went straight to voice-mail all 10 times I called. I then just accepted it as a loss and decided to ignore the mistake. The Doordash driver arrived only a few min after we placed the order and then shortly left to deliver. Once we got it (very quick), the sushi, crab Rangoon and general chicken & rice, as well as our sushi was COLD & chicken fatty. It was friday afternoon delight before valentines day, only day husband and I had off for holiday so we splurged and went here for our "romantic luncheon" when we walked in place wasn't very busy, we were given ample time to decide in what we wanted, our 1st time here tv's were playing on mute music video's but we didn't get to hear any rock and roll the whole time we were there, waitress didn't talk much to us or help out they were on phones pretty much whole time we were there, we had to ask for everything, the girl behind the bar kept blurting out an extremely loud laugh that scared me a couple times, food was real good, fun, and tasty, our bill reasonably priced for what we got we ordered over 50$ worth and enjoyed ourselves in our own little world, we tipped the waitress well because we felt sorry for her but I doubt we'll go back...
