Ordered delivery for my staff for lunch today. When we received the order multiple meals were incorrect, one included guacamole that the employee is allergic to. The receipt was attached to the bag and it was even highlighted “no guacamole” one was also highlighted “no rice” but had rice. Called the location and the manager asked if we wanted a refund or remake the food. I’m a healthcare manager over a busy office with sick patients, of course we wanted the food because we weren’t able to take an actual lunch break. One of my employees returned to the location for me (because I am on crutches due to an ankle injury). I I wrote on the receipt the things to be corrected on each meal. The manager kept the original receipt. When the employee returned the meals were still incorrect. I returned to the location and the manager stated “I was told I shouldn’t have remade them for you anyway”. I asked to speak to the manager (at the time I didn’t know it was her). She said she was the manager. So then I asked “who told you you shouldn’t remake the order”. She said another manager at another office. I tried to contact corporate. Tried to contact the district manager. I had the online order showing what we ordered which was not what we got. The manager started completely ignoring me, refused to give me back the original receipt with the highlighted items saying she didn’t have it. Manager refused to give us a refund. I have sent photos of the food, and online order receipt to the BBB. Very sad because, we love Moes and we do lots of catering with them and will not any longer. Read moreThe good first: the food was what you'd expect from Moe's and we got what we paid for. Now for the not so good: As we walked in the door we were not greeted with the typical "Welcome to Moe's!" that is synonymous with entertaining a Moe's. We should have taken the hint and eaten elsewhere. There were 3 staff members in the restaurant and only one person in line being served. We waited at the end of the counter to place our order. After several minutes of waiting, one of the staff stopped chopping vegetables and came over to take our order. She wasn't rude but was obviously bothered to have had to stop what she was doing. Orders placed and food served we found a relatively clean table in the almost deserted restaurant...no obvious trash left on it, but it had not been wiped down in recent history. Then to get our drinks only to find out there was no ice. Read moreFast friendly service. Food was awesome. Joey was made to order and all was perfect. Prices are always a little steep at Moe's but with that being said you do get alot of food. It's definitely a place you will get filled up when eating. Now I went to the one in Tillman's Corner today. It's the first time I have been that location. I had no problems with Moe's as far as service and food. I can say any experience I have ever had at any Moe's location has been spectacular. However the parking at the Tillmans Corner location is terrible. I had to park across the parking lot because there were no spots available. But the spots are small. It's a tight squeeze and the road to get in and out of the parking area to eventually get out to the main road is hard to access. You had to drive across other parking lots to get to it. Just...
