Moe's Southwest Grill — Restaurant in Mobile

I ordered online, such a disappointment. first of all, the chips were stale, not just a little either, they were pretty bad. They forgot my queso on the side, which has happened on several occasions now. I should get what I'm paying for. i ordered the wrong doug veggie stack and it was ALL WRONG. the hard tortillas that are supposed to be inside were completely missing. whoever made this clearly had no idea what they were doing. there was also no rice in it which was always my favorite part. One side is burned and it tastes awful where its burned. do the grills get cleaned? Also, whoever placed my stack in the to-go containter placed it in such a way that half the ingredients spilled out when i picked it up, i dont know how you can lack common sense enough to not realize thats what would happen when you put it in there like that. Whoever cut it in "half" butchered the stack so thats probably partly why everything inside it fell out. I couldnt eat this with my hands, which you should be able to do. was all around disappointing. will not be visiting this location, if any, ever again. complete waste...

Super disappointed in the Schillinger location. My husband and I walked in on a Sunday at 5:30pm. Had about 8 people in front of us. No big deal. We don’t mind waiting. However, staff was incredibly slow. They fulfilled probably 10 to-go orders before helping anyone in line. I watched as new to-go orders printed out and were taken care of before any of the customers inside. After 25 minutes, with 2 people still in front of us, my husband and I left. We would have at least appreciated someone saying “we will be with you shortly” or “sorry about the wait” but none came. The college aged students behind the counter were incredibly slow, not friendly, and didn’t interact with anyone. As someone who worked in the food service industry for 4 years while in college, I understand what it’s like but they were very unprofessional. Disappointed since we had not had Moes in almost 2 years and couldn’t wait to eat it. Probably be another 2 years before we ever go back. Don’t waste your time. Go to Taco...

Normally i have a very pleasant experience hear but today was something different. I came here at exactly when the are suppose to open and the door was locked so i stood there and waited a while for some one to open the door, no one opened it. A couple minutes later a white customer came and pulled on the door, it was still locked but almost immediately after he pulled on the door someone opened it. I called cooperate about this and the person I spoke with was rude and basically told me that he doesn't believe they just didn't open the door for me.
