I am a young father who never leaves reviews. Today my family and I received services at S&S that left everyone upset and hungry –we all left the restaurant without having even received a drink after about 30 min. A group of what I would call ‘rowdy boys’ sat at the table behind us 10 min into our wait. They were served and provided drinks before our equally sized table. This group was continuously vaping in the seat behind us with our 9 month child in the area. My wife kindly asked them to stop, and was ridiculed for asking. After continuous vaping and obnoxious behavior I walked to the servers drink preparation area and noted my issue with teens vaping on my child and family. A hostess (who was kind enough to take our orders when she realized we were not being served) took up the issue with them outlining very kindly and professionally that vaping is against store policy. They were ‘not vaping’ and insincerely apologized. After the server left they remarked that they ‘don’t want to harm the baby’ and amped up their rowdy behavior. We decided to leave. After having visited this location for years we are all very upset with the way this situation was handled. Poor services aside, we are irritated that we were pushed to leave because of others bad behavior. We wish that the situation was handled better. The rude manner in which these young boys were acting was unacceptable, especially in a family environment. Read moreokay I hate to give a negative review of a place that I love so much but due to repeated incompetence at the drive-thru this has to be. When you order and this is a simple order you asked for the most basic things like fries and then you have to ask for ketchup then you discover the fries do not have what you asked for which was parmesan. So why am I complaining over this one thing because this is now the third time this has happened. Also the exact same drive-through person is the one who dropped my change on the ground and said sorry. This is also the same person who will never put one single napkin in the bag. So the other day after they got my change wrong forgot my parmesan no cheese on a burger that I paid for and her dropping my change I asked to speak with a manager and explained to him how much I love this place and I was simply bringing this to his attention out of concern. I told him it's the little things that slowly add up to make this no longer the great place that it once was yet they keep the same girl at the drive-thru window so tonight again she did not put any napkins no ketchup and no parmesan that I paid for. Needless to say, with my rating I have given, we were totally disappointed. The service was mediocre to say the BEST about it. The food was a total disappointment and if there had been a minus rating, I would have even given it that! I love spicy, so I decided to give the Jalapeño Crunch Steak Burger a try. Wow......was it it ever a DUD! Nothing like the description or photo of what to expect. It was 2 smashed together patties with a piece of cheese in the center. NO JALAPEÑOS, NO SAUCE, nothing but the bun and two thin pieces of meat with a slice of cheese in the middle. The fries were not even hot or fresh. Now, to my wife's meal, same thing on the fries, luke warm. She ordered the Patty Melt Steak Burger. Hardly any sauce on it, no cheese, dry as a bone. We registered a complaint with our server, and she said, let me see what I can do. 15 minutes later she brings us the bill. Says nothing about what she had said she would check on. So, instead of making it any bigger issue than it was, we asked for 2 go boxes. We brought the remainder home, which was almost the entire order, and fed it to our dog.
