Waffle House — Restaurant in Mobile

Went to eat here and the waitress had the worst attitude someone can have. She was sitting down the whole time and didn’t refill our drinks. When I went to pay she told me the amount to pay with a bad attitude for no reason. Kind of shocking to have someone working in a place to be getting bad attitudes with customers and the customers have no clue why. Then being a waitress and not doing your job unacceptable. I reached out to the owner for a full refund and have not heard nothing back, not shocked at all. To have someone working who talking and treating customers like that I’m show tats on ownership and management. I seriously have no clue why the waitress was rude to me just paying when she the one had bad customer service. I even was going to give a 2.00 tip and I said I should have not even gave that. She yelled you can have it back. All the videos about Waffle House obviously true if you go to this one. Horrible, came in at 9pm(only ones here)one of the cooks greeted us so that was nice. This place is filthy, freezing cold received food hot but the cold air blowing on us made it cold within 1 minute, our 4 year old did not receive his waffle until all of us (2 adults and 2 teens) finished our meals that is RIDICULOUS. We ordered sodas and we only got the originial drink, no refills, our drinks were finished before we got our meals and the waitress still wasnt bright enough to realize an empty glass needs to be refilled, after driving for 12 hours we just wanted to sit down to a meal. If I. Like rate this Waffle House 0 stars I would . The customer service was absolutely horrible . Lady basically threw the bag of food on the counter in front of us . Proceeds to give dirty looks , and just overall unprofessional. We came in at 5:30 the lady tells us they are closed with a straight face and we actually turned around about to leave but then I thought no y’all are not closed . The lady then proceeded to give a fake laugh and rudely takes our order . The nastiest customer service . Not only did the cooks proceed to argue amongst each other but also told other customers coming in that the grill needed to be cleaned so they couldn’t take orders until 7 .
