Jack's Pizza Cafe — Restaurant in Modesto

Went to try out this pizza place for the first time, my family and I had an awful experience. I have never encountered a very rude manager in my life. They got our order all confused up and when my brother tried to talk to her about his pizza that he paid $50.00 for. The manager a woman very young long brown hair short. She was very snappy, aggressive and demonstrated horrible customer service skills. She claimed to be the manager but would not give her name or the name of the owner, I assume Jack (hence the name of the restaurant). We are trying to find the a way to contact the owner because this young woman was a horrible restaurant clerk And need to file a complaint. She was yelling, raising her voice and got very hostile with my brother and said to him you need to read the menu of what's on the pizza before you order it. I tried to meadiate the situation and she even got very hostile towards me and was trying to as peaceful as I possibly could. She was not the one who took the order in the first place. The one who took the order said it was fine. They need to all be on the same page as a team and not, where one worker says one thing and the other worker says another. I will never go back to this place again because of how disrespectful this so called "manager" was. I am trying to locate the owner's contact information to file a complaint. About the customer...

This place is like a hidden gem. My favorite pie is a combination / supreme type of pizza. In my experience pizza prices have skyrocketed to a point where getting one is sort of a treat! Jack's Pizza Café is this small place, but these guys can run with the big boys and outclass them in taste and price! Affordability plays a big role when feeding yourself or your family, and these guys have a phenomenal balance of price, taste and extras. I've ordered from these guys since I first discovered them on doordash, which was my first order just to try it. Now, when I order, I get the taste and flavor of a pizza that would normally belong to major chains without the cost, and on top of that it has a taste that takes you back, like when pizza was made in the 80's and you went out to eat and hit up the arcade inside. Thats the vibe I get when eating from this location. This is a pie that transcends time , we may be here now but your memories and thoughts will take you back when pizza was pizza in the 80's. I have ordered from this location several times. They have always been pleasant and professional.

This last time though was unacceptable. I called in to place my order for pick up. The gentleman on the phone responded by telling me my order wouldn't be ready for pick up for 50 minutes. When I inquired as to why such a long wait he responded in a very rude tone that they were very busy.

I informed him that I was fine with the wait time and would like to order a calzone. He made a scoffing sound and then told me he didn't have time to make a calzone. He then hung up on me. Confused thinking we were disconnected by mistake I called back. A younger voice answered, I explained that I thought we were disconnected and he asked what I wanted to order when he repeated my order a louder voice in the back (I'm assuming the guy I first spoke to) yelled that they weren't going to make any calzones.

The younger voice weakly apologized then also hung up on me. No customer should be treated that way especially when what they were requesting was on the menu and had been ordered several...
