Starbucks — Restaurant in Modesto

Terrible customer service! I rarely go to this Starbucks despite being a frequent shopper at this Safeway. I decided to get their Friday special of a any grande beverage and a pastry for $5.

First when I walked up to it. One of the girls was making a drink and the other was behind the register writing stuff down. Never once did she acknowledge me. So I thought whatever no biggie. The other girl comes over and takes my order. The one initially behind the register leaves. So it's just the girl making the drinks and taking the orders. I give her my order and pay for it. I step aside and the lady behind me places an order, which I notice is taking some time. Again, no big deal. The girl finishes taking her order and takes payment. She starts on my drink (grande double chocolate chip frapp). In the blender she already has nearly all the ingredients (mocha syrup, milk, ice, chocolate chips and was about to put the base syrup) Suddenly, the lady whose order she just took after me, decides she wants to order something else too.

The worker puts down my order and begins to ring her up. I say to her, "Excuse me, can you please just finish up my drink?" She looks at me and says rudely, "She's a paying customer!" Umm, what the f* am I? (I didn't say that) Honestly, it does not make sense, especially in these times of Covid 19 to practically make an entire drink, but yet stop in the middle of it to take another order. Potentially handling money, germs etc.

I will not be going there again! Terrible service and these young workers just don't have any...

I went in order a drink from Jeffrey I spoke too fast I showed him what I wanted on my phone a coffee vanilla Frappuccino he said he had never made that. I asked him to add cookie crumble. So when the lady made the drink she proceeds to add something that was not cookie crumble I told her it's not what we asked for she said that I need to speak loudly I told her I did I even showed him a picture off my phone. And very rudely she said she didn't take the order. And just added cookie crumble to whatever she already had added on top. Worse service ever. I understand we all have our personal struggles but we need to learn how to leave that at the door....

I usually enjoy coming her because I get my nails done at the nail salon two doors down. But today was awful because of a barista being extremely rude. Bryanna preferred talking to one specific customer (the customer herself was super nice lol) then helping anyone else. When it came my turn to order, she cut me off several times in the middle of my orders to ask me what size I wanted or if I wanted whipped cream, answers she would have gotten if she actually let her customers speak.
