Panera Bread — Restaurant in Modesto

The current manager is completely prejudice and rude, I am a member of the sip club so I regularly go there on my bike from my house to do study work and just order the free drinks. When I ask to use the bathroom they hide the code while they enter it and let me in . I COULD NOT BELIEVE HOW AFTER FIVE MINUTES THE MALE MANAGER ENTERED THE BATHROOM TO CALL A BATHROOM CHECK AND SAID BATHROOMS WERE FOR CUSTOMERS ONLY WHICH I AM . NOT ONLY THAT BUT HE STOOD INSIDE THE BATHROOM TILL I WAS DONE AND AS SOON AS I OPENED THE STALL DOOR HE RAN RIGHT OUT . when I went to confront him calmly assuring him I am a customer and that I was confused why he felt the need to check the bathroom after 5 minutes of using it he said it was to make sure I wasn't doing drugs . I have never been so disrespected and embarrassed. He had no reason to assume that other than the fact I ride a bike from my house there since it's just down the street . I haven't eaten here in years and now I remember why. I pre-ordered via the app an asiago bagel sandwich, which had literally 3 tiny pieces of chicken and so much aioli that the whole bottom bun was literally soggy. And there was so much arugula that I actually removed some just so I could close the sandwich. And the dude behind the counter was SO RUDE just because I wasn't positive what the last name was on the order (Some of my apps use my nickname and not my real name). Oh amd the gave me bread for my side instead of the apple i asked for. Not my first poor experience picking up this exact same order either, it's just progressively gotten worse by leaps and bounds with every order. I enjoy Panera but this last time when I was there the service was not at it's best. The kitchen didn't make my daughters sandwich because the kiosk didn't send the right order. (I checked the receipt that was emailed to me and it was on there.) Then when I said something to the employee who was sorting and serving the food about it she had an attitude and acted as though I was an inconvenience. She rolled her eyes and said it's not on this ticket. I began to explain to her and she just looked at me and yelled to the kitchen staff "you need to make a peanut butter sandwich" and walked away. I thanked her and she didn't even say anything. The kitchen did make my daughters order which was very nice and the kitchen was apologetic but not the first employee I talked to.
