Sooo... let’s start with saying I wish there was a -5 star option. I ordered a bedroom set out of one of their catalogs on Mother’s Day last month. I received the set the following weekend on Saturday (great start right) well one of the nightstands was defective, I pointed it out to the delivery guys. (Was obviously a manufacturing defect) so they took it back. Spoke to Shamira (believe that’s how it’s spelt she is who we ordered it with) and she said they would order a new one. No biggy. Well a week later on Saturday I call to check on it. I’m told they have it and I can pick it up Monday at a different store. So Monday I go to get it and the woman ends up bringing out a nightstand that isn’t mine. Then another that isn’t mine. To end up telling me (after I start getting frustrated) they never ordered me a new one. So I callllll Shamira again. She says she will take care of it she’s so sorry and that Juan her boss will call me back with some way to Compensate us. To get me some money back (spent almost 3grand) or give me a major deal on future purchases. After I explained at this point I’m not sure there will be future purchases. We got off and I never got a call. Friday I call to see if it had been ordered and when I could expect it. Juan was short with me and said Tuesday or Wednesday the following week. When I asked if he was planning on doing anything about this unprofessionalism he flat out said no and they’ll call me when they are going to deliver my nightstand. (Since I wasn’t about to try and pick it up again) Then today. Finally I get my nightstand. While I’m in the middle of showering, banging on my door, no phone call to even see if I’d be home or let me know.. and my 3 year old got to the door before I jumped out after my 9 year old telling me 🤦♀️🤦♀️ When I called Juan and asked whyyyy I didn’t receive a call (and yes obviously I yelled at him) he tried saying he would talk to the drivers.. after I explained (in front of them) it wasn’t their fault they go where he says to go. Read morePoor customer service. Placed a order for a Couch in Nov., and didn't receive it untill March. After looking at this couch we realized it was the floor model. We confronted the sales man Eduardo, and he said it was new. We let him know the cushions are worn and we knew it was the floor model. He said he would send the manufacture rep.to look at the couch. The sales rep. came to our house, and looked at the cushions. He said they were worn, and would reorder new ones. He said this not new, and was the floor model. I went back to the store,and Edwardo said the new cushions had been ordered. I said what compensation would we get since the couch was the floor model. He said he would have to talk to the manufacture rep, since it was a new Couch and the rep should not have told us it was a floor model. Eduardo said he would talk to the store owner about him saying it was the floor model. A week later Edwardo let me know the new cushions have been ordered and we would not be charged. It is now almost 3 months and Eduardo said the cushions have been received, come in and pick them up. We went to the store to pick the cushions up, and Eduardo was not in. The sales lady said she would call Eduardo. He told her that he would replace the cushions not the covers, since the material our couch is made out of is no longer made. The sales lady said to come in and talk to Eduardo, since she didn't have any thing to do with this. My wife said that would not be acceptable, and she would come in to see if there was anything to exchange or get a $900.00 refund. It has been way to long to get this issue resolved. We have been very patient with Eduardo, but it is time for him to take care of...
Read moreStarted out great aaaaaaand then the worst experience EVER! Sales rep was nice and attentive/talkative when we were looking to buy a new sectional. Showed us several different options and then we decided on one. They told us we can custom order our fabric color/finish and everything. Was advised it would take 2-3 weeks to come in. So after not getting a phone call halfway into the 4th week, I started to call them and ask for an update. Three days in a row, I was told they would look into it and call me back. So the fourth day I went in to the store in person. One of the reps told me that someone should have called me back and he didn't know when it was coming in, so he supposedly called the warehouse/manufacturer right then and there in front of me, hangs up the phone and says it will be in Wednesday, this was a Friday by the way. So here comes next week, Wednesday, no call. I call Thursday afternoon and then they tell me it's still being worked on and will be in at the end of the month, another 2 weeks later. So here we are at the end of the month, go in store again to find out what's going on and then they proceed to tell me two different stories, the manufacturer went out of business and then they ran out of the material we requested/ordered. They then tried to offer us other couches they had on the floor in store, nothing was even close to what we wanted so we got our money/deposit back, which EVEN then, required haggling them some...
